Great products, but even better staff. I had a very unfortunate incident occur in which my dog swallowed my engagement ring. I went in to find something high in fiber to help my dog pass the ring with ease. Manuel took time to help compare different canned foods and dietary supplements. He also enlisted the help of his manager to further assist me and gave me a discount to show empathy for my situation. Manuel could not have been more helpful and that is very rare these days. When I told my parents about how kind this young staff member was, my dad told me that Manuel saw him struggling to lift a large bag of dog food one day and helped by taking it to the car for him. I am very grateful! More people should be like Manuel. Thanks Pet Supplies Plus!

I wanted to add that I was in a rush and needed some supplies to be delivered and mistakenly placed an order for pick-up, Bianca reached out and confirmed a double order I made, and had the deliver driver send the food ASAP. Great service all around. Even more confident to give 5 stars

The workers at this establishment are absolutely awful. One of the ladies that works here refused to open the cat cage because she “just didn’t want to,” this was while she sat in a chair right next to the cage staring at us. Later, upon returning to this establishment a younger male employee sarcastically asked me if I “had legs” to get up and walk to him to ask to open the cat cage. Overall, the employees that work here are rude, lazy, and ridiculous.

I like the grooming service Jo Jo has received while here he is happy to see his friends every time we come and leaves just as happy and looks fresh clean and well trimmed

This pet supplies is very clean and smells good. My first time coming, I had such a great impression, and the bath set up is spectacular and clean. The only downside and why I will have to continue going to the coconut creek location is that the dryers are not strong enough and take forever to dry my pup. I suggest adding a narrow head nozzle to make them better.
