I went to the new owner of grooming by Debbie and was thrilled with the experience. Not only is she one of the few people that will groom my giant fluffy dog but she was excited to meet her! I have a dog with multiple issues and she reassured me that she treats dogs like her own and did such an amazing job at grooming my Alaskan malamute! She got me in with in a week (even around the holidays!) agreed to do a medicated bath (I brought the shampoo I wanted) and did a great job getting the undercoat blown out. And only took a few hours! My dog use to be scared to go to the groomer but just loves her! And she is always so sweet on the phone and greats everyone with her happy welcoming personality! She is now my normal groomer!

I paid $70 plus tip for a complete shave I could have done myself. In the middle of winter she took off ALL his hair until his pink skin showed. See the picture for the cockatoo she created. (This picture is 10 days after cut and his hair had grown some.). She will claim it was because he was matted, but I know, as I brushed him religiously, he only had three small mats on his belly that could have been easily cut out. Instead she shaved him bald to prove that I waited too long between appts. Other reviews have said the same thing as well as other people I have spoken with. Find another option. The new owner shaved my English cream retriever like a sheep! I asked for a regular grooming like I have before which was okay. Not great. I asked her this time to trim is belly area because he goes in the creek a lot.

Forward 6 weeks- he has to go on steroids and antibiotics because of this! The vet was astonished that someone would shave this type of dog.

My wife picked him up and paid $150 plus a tip. She was in shock and just went into auto pilot and didn’t know if I had asked for this. Pictures to come.

Ada fit our dog in with 24 hours notice as we were striking out trying to find a groomer. She did a great job, and we would certainly return!

I have been to Debbie a few times and she groomed my dog beautifully.

Unfortunately, Debbie is no longer doing the grooming or supervising the grooming. I have a Giant Schnauzer and after multiple requests to not touch his beard, they shaved under his chin. This will require 1-2 years of regrowth to come back. This is the worst offense of the groom, but the rest of it was equally as atrocious and the job was unfinished. I will not be returning to Grooming by Debbie.

Fabulous experience! Debbie and staff were so kind. I am housesitting for a cat that nails desperately needed a trim. The cat had gotten sick in its cat carrier and also messed it. Debbie and the man that did the nail trimming were so kind and patient. Kitty did really well, didn't hiss or bite. I'd definitely go there again. Thank you!

Rude with customers, but more importantly does not seem to listen to what you want for your dog. “I will do what’s needed” was her response to me when I was attempting to explain to her not to shave the under carriage of my dog as it gets infected. Do not take your dog to this groomer.

This woman shaved my dog without owners consent. My dog is a 9 year old Australian shepherd with a gorgeous coat and had never be shaved. I am traveling, on the other side of the globe, and my mother took my dog into be groomed. She called my mother and bullied her into having her shaved because she said she was too matted to be brushed out. Unless some very dramatic thing happened while I was on the airplane, I know that this is a complete lie. I have seen that dog get covered in some very nasty sticker burs, and with good grooming and patience I was able to brush them all out. This was an act of purse laziness, unprofessional work ethic, bullying, and downright cruelty.
