BEWARE: I would leave 0 stars if i could, Im a pet stylist myself and came up north to visit family. Upon bringing my grandmas dogs in to get groomed I was already worried. The previous time they were in one of her pups got razor burn and they quicked her nails, I made it apparent to take it slow since she’s elderly and please to not rush. i’m understanding and know mistakes happen but more than once it’s concerning!! For yesterdays services upon picking up the pups I saw their body’s were even but i wasn’t able to get a look at them until we arrived home, I asked how the pups were and the guy at the front said they were fine. At home I looked them over and saw he had matt’s in his paws still, the paws weren’t fully shaved and I had to shave them out myself with our at home razor! Their ears weren’t even cleaned out or plucked !!! I continued kept an eye on them. 30 minuets ago when I woke up this morning I checked them again since I know razor burn can take up to 24 hours to show, I saw that they were scratching non stop and i noticed razor burns on his belly near his groin area. And for our senior pup she has burns under her ear… i’m thoroughly disappointed… I know the prices are based off reasonings but make sure to finish the groom if you’re going to charge the full price! I know it’s not life threatening but these are our furry babies and to be charging fully price for you to continue to accidentally hurt them or not even finish the groom is upsetting. Will take our business else where and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I have been taking my dog here for awhile now. Everyone is very friendly, loves animals and knowledgeable about the business. They get me in at a moments notice. They treat every animal like they would treat there own. I highly recommend this establishment.

This is such an awesome place. I love the front desk girl. (Sorry I'm not good with names) The dog I take in belongs to a 95 year old patient I have. When I bring Daisy, who is also an elderly lady, back from her hair appointment she smells so good, ( love the blueberry spray) and everyone just loves daisy's fresh softness. This girl is so camera shy so the pics aren't good.

Always my pets were treat nice... My pets Star and Chapo are going to live with my youngest son in Utah since they started to take bath this place have being the best place for them thanks for all this time you treat my dogs so nice and so well ...God Bless you ?

Very disappointed this is my second time taking my fur babies in and I couldn’t even recognize them when I picked them up they looked so ugly and it is very disappointing, yes I agree my dogs needed a trim or cut and they were a little matted but not to the extreme of getting this work done! never again am I taking them here!
