Why are there only 5 stars, Pet Dental USA in Gilbert and Peoria need 10-20 stars!!

My lab needed his teeth cleaned bad so i went to the location close to my house which is Peoria. He had developed a bit of a sneeze prior to the consult and I wanted to get a conical CT done as well which they only offered at Gilbert, sure no problem let's set it up there.

When I went to Gilbert Dr. Mead was mind blowing amazing. Not only did the do the teeth cleaning, conical CT she went above and beyond for Max and I. Ultimately it was determined he had a rare nasal cancer that was a 3-5 month life expectancy. After consulting with other vet's, surgeon's and oologist's there was really no good option for him at all except puppy hospice. SAD I KNOW!

Well the symptoms slightly appeared late July 2023, but were in full force by around late August 2023. By the time he was diagnosed it was September so he was already at the beginning of the timeframe. His 10th birthday was 2 days before Christmas and we celebrated with a nice steak and played a lot of ball, he was such a happy dog. On May 31, 2024 he ultimately passed and he gave me almost 6 months more than I expected thanks' to Dr. Mead's love and dedication to animals. I had brought Max down for a quick checkup 3 days before he passed and he was happy and nothing seemed off to anyone, I'm so glad that Dr. Mead got to see him one last time. When he passed she was my 1st call.

Compassion and Love is what you will expect from Pet Dental. I am a client for life and consider the staff and Vet's friend's too.

The only place I have been to in years of owning dogs that actually cares about the pets and is adorable.

This place is so amazing they have a donation system called the tooth fairy fund which helps dogs in need of life saving surgeries and is the first time in my whole life I wanted to donate to anything.

Pet Dental is the absolute best!!!! Dr Jessica Dampier has treated my dogs with such care. Pet Dental is also affordable, and when you have more than one dog, this is so important. Thank you to the staff as well, they're amazing.

After getting an outragous quote from my regular vet to have my dogs teeth cleaned, a friend had recommended Pet Dental USA in Peoria. I am so thrilled I listened to them and went! I had thought that my 8 yr old fur baby, Gizmo, was moving slower due to getting older, but after having a few teeth pulled, it's like he is a puppy all over again! Through the entire process the staff was genuinely caring for Gizmo and was fully transparent of the cost, which ended up beig only a fraction of what my vet was gong to charge me!

Even the attention to detail like Gizmo's goodie bag with his name and little hearts and bones drawn on it meant a lot. It's clear the staff at Pet Dental are true animal lovers and treated y baby with the same love and care they would treat their own. i highly highly recommend them!

So thankful we found this place! Our Penny Lane needed major dental surgery and she’s had complications in the past with anesthesia so we were extremely worried. They didn’t just take excelent care of our baby, they helped keep our nerves down during her procedure. Angie, the receptionist was incredible. We called a few times that day to check in and every single time she was so kind and went back and checked and let us know exactly how Penny Lane was doing. Karalin was there to give us the medicine and instructions post surgery and she was also amazing and so thorough. These ladies are the only two I had the pleasure of interacting with that day, but i am also so thankful to all the staff that performed her surgery and took care of her before/after. 10/10 would recommend this place!! Picture is of Penny Lane the day after her surgery! She recovered really well, much better than the last time she was on anesthesia ?
