Our dogs have been going here their whole lives. We have an almost 15 year old mini schnauzer, a 3 year old and a 4 year old German Shepherd. Dr. Nick Zimmerman is patient and kind and really explains to us what he’s seeing. Our 4 year old GS had a seizure a few weeks ago and I was terrified, not knowing what was happening. I called, bawling my eyes out, barely could talk, they said come right in. We took him up there and they were so kind and did such a great job explaining what was happening and what to do if it happened again. They kept him for observation for a few hours and only charged us the visit fee.

They always take care of my yorkie and corgi! Always super nice and don’t over charge. I originally switched to them when my yorkie got sick and my regular vet didn’t do a thing but Pet Care was on it and my baby had surgery that day and is alive today.

Dr. Zimmerman took great care of my Sky yesterday who came in with a cough. He even squeezed him in his schedule when everyone else was too booked up to see him. He sent him home with medicine and kept him for the day to watch him. He gave me great instructions of what to watch for and how to take care of my baby to get him to feeling better. I really appreciated that he saw my baby yesterday last minute and made time for us. Thanks Dr. Zimmerman and staff! I really appreciate you. As a first time patient I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Love the doc! Love the people there! They treated my baby boy like their own. I was also allowed to go back w my River. Which greatly helped our separation anxiety

We had to take our oldest dog in recently because she was having some complications. We knew going in to the vet that this was going to be a hard visit. The Vet was so kind and compassionate. We did end up having to say goodbye to our sweet, Cali, and the Vet was so comforting the entire time. We had her for 14 years and love her so much. The Vet really made us feel peaceful during a difficult time in our lives. We really did appreciate how much he cared. I thank the Holy Spirit for guiding us to this Vet at this time in our lives.

This clinic is a joke, the way the old crusty man insisted on doing it his way and putting my 120 pound dog on the table and trying to pin my pup down really angered me. We told him what has worked for us in the past but he was stuck on his ways. Very rude and condescending fellow I must say. He used one singular q- tip and moved my pups ear back and looked for 2 seconds and said he got what he needed. And tries to send us on our way with ear medicine which we already have been using but doesn’t work. Really just a waste of my time considering I was there for all of 5 minutes and literally did nothing to help. This was my first visit personally and I must say it seems like all he cared about was getting us out of there in a hurry. Needless to say I will not be retuning terrible service.

Pet Care is a home away from home for my pups. I have full confidence in the care they provide for me and my fur angels. Most importantly, Max & Maggie don't hate going there because their other favorite humans are there to love on them and take care of them.

Previous visits have went fine with my kitten for vaccines. Today we take our dog in to get his ears looked at and it was a different doctor (the older man) and he was so rude and condescending. My dog is anxious when it comes to his ears being messed with, I tried to explain to the doctor the specific way to hold him that he does best with and he completely ignored me and basically had my dog in a head lock. He didn’t even do an exam. He glanced in his ear for maybe half a second, didn’t even have an otoscope, and then said okay yeah antibiotics and walked away. He also told me there was no point in giving my dog treats, I know my dog better than you and I know he’s does better with treats. Overall I will not be coming back to this doctor ever. I do not recommend.
