Pet Camp is the absolute standard for doggy day care and boarding. The highest level
Of Care and training is maintained by all of their staff members. We have 2 special needs dogs and Pet Camp has been the perfect fit. The staff really learn your dogs individual needs. Pajamas and Coop love their stays. This is the only facility wwe have used that when it comes time to pick up they seem reluctant to leave and smell fresh given all the play. 5 stars is not enough.

My very fear-reactive German Shephard loves coming to Pet Camp! It is one of the few places where she is excited to walk in the door. The team is awesome with her, and I know she is in good hands when I have to leave her for a few days. Thank you Pet Camp.

I've sent my dog here multiple times over the years and he absolutely loves it!!! He's always super excited when he knows we're nearby and is always in good spirits at pick-up. I left a star off because the few times my dog has stayed over night, I've only been told generic notes from his stay "had fun playing on the grass and cuddling with the counselors before bed." That's great news but I wish it was a little more tailored to his stay/experience. (i.e. He's in the enrichment per counselor's recommendations in the past. Did my dog get to play with any other dogs? How is he doing in small/large group play? Can he transition to trailblazer or back country?) I just want to know where he's at with his play style in this environment since I'm unable to see him play so I can translate that info into better fulfilling his needs/wants at home/outside of pet camp. 🙂

Pet Camp's K-9 Enrichment program at the new Ranger Station is an amazing place to bring your dog when they may not fit into more traditional doggy daycare options.

I've been bringing my rescue German shepherd mix, Aly, to Pet Camp's K-9 Enrichment program for a year, including Ranger Station when they opened that facility in August.

When we first got Aly, she was a scared, reactive, lunging, barking mess when we were out in public. At home wasn't so bad but I regretted adopting her for the first 6 months we had her. Walks were so traumatic we started to go to places where we could stay distant from everyone else. She barked constantly when in the car at bikes, motorcycles, dogs on the street, baby carriages, you name it.

She's come such a long way with the help of the Pet Camp staff, and the counselors in the K-9 Enrichment program. Aly is blossoming into a playful, loving, energetic, very smart, goofy member of my family. She loves going to Ranger Station and though we still have major issues to solve, with the help and guidance of the good people at Pet Camp we are making it happen.

My two Newfangled dogs love the ranger satiation. Staff is fantastic and always helpful. I am very comfortable leaving them there for a day or for weeks when we go on vacation.

I have been relying on Pet Camp for as-needed boarding for almost two years, and I often sign up for enriched boarding because my pup is still pretty young, energetic, and self-exhausting. I want her to have ample play time but also the close attention of humans, so that she doesn’t play too hard and burn herself out. During her last stay over the winter holiday, we dropped her off and picked her up at the new Ranger Station. To be honest, I’m not sure how our dog’s experience differed from one location versus the other. As with the Main Campground, she was very excited to arrive, couldn’t wait to be led into the dog area, and came home healthy, happy, and fit…we could tell she had been well stimulated and enjoyed her time. We didn’t see as many “cameos” during her stay at the Ranger Station (just one in 7 days versus almost daily shots at the Main Campground), but that’s probably due to differences in how staff are circulating and attending to the dogs. Everyone I’ve met at Pet Camp has been simply wonderful. I would like to be a fly on the wall during one of her days to learn more about what her experience is like, but otherwise I’m very happy with what I’ve seen and will continue to trust my little one to Pet Camp’s care.

I was nervous to bring my reactive dog to the enrichment program day care. I was impressed with the time the staff took in advance of his first day to get him acclimated, answer all my questions, take me on a tour, have my dog stop by to visit a couple of times before his first drop off, etc. I worried my dog would be put in a situation that would not be OK for him, but they continually reassured me they would avoid triggers, surprises, other dogs and also kept him separate from other dogs, paying special attention to his needs. He seemed to enjoy his first day there and I have booked his second day of daycare.

Took my dog @thatdogsauce to the rangers station for the first time and it was super easy for drop off and pick up. When I called to check in on him they either picked up the phone or called back right away. My next review I will post a photo!
