La familia estamos muy contentos como an tratado a mi Mama que tiene 98 anos. Ella llego hace dos anos y desde el primer dia la an tratado EXCELLENTE y ella esta muy agusto y contenta como la tratan todos. Nosotros sus hijos estamos muy contentos con el tratamiento que recibe.Nosotros nunca hemos mirado nada de racismo al contrario todo el personal son muy profesinales.My 8 siblings and I are very pleased with the treatment my Mother has received here @ Peoria Post Acute Rehab.She been here approximately 2 years and is very comfortable with all aspects of treatment here especially the staff's. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of placement for a loved one. Also I have never observed any signs of racism.

Being in the admissions department I get to meet every single patient and resident who comes into the facility. During the admissions process I take a moment to check in with everyone and ask how the first night was. I’m told often they were handled with care and has a very smooth transition. They love the staff and how attentive they are with any concerns they might have. And any concerns that are brought to my attention are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. I truly believe this is because all of the staff here genuinely cares for all of our patients and residents here. The staff and patient/resident relationship definitely has that family and close community connection. I love seeing the happy faces on the patients/residents faces when I walk by and say hi to them everyday!

This is a fantastic facility. Even though you could tell that they were an extensive facility, which meant that the variety of nurses/doctors was different, you can tell that they care. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful experience with one of their housekeepers, Martha, who helped take care of my dad while he was passing. She is a true light in this world and truly changed my experience. They took good care of my dad, even when it was tough and made things a little bit easier for us as his family. I cannot say in words what Martha meant to me. I hope everyone gets a chance to interact with her.

I am a volunteer with a veterans organization and we visit our veterans here on a regular basis. We have a great relationship with the wonderful staff. On the rate occasion one of our veterans lets us know if there is a problem, we take it to staff and it is usually addressed immediately. I even had my own sister there as a hospice patient and can't compliment the nurses and CNA's who took care of her.

Seamless service with tender love and care are the words that is truly fitting from our friends experience at Peoria post acute rehabilitation center the nurses and other staff have very good patient skills they have initiative and can solve problems immediately. The staff are empathetic and most of them can deal at emotionally charged situations. Well done to the management for having a well trained and very good team. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Catherine, the Director of Nursing at Peoria Post-Acute and Rehab. She was so sweet, kind, and incredibly helpful during my father's stay for rehabilitation services. Her compassion and dedication truly made a difference for our family.

A special thanks to the amazing nurses, especially the charge nurses, Maribel and Jenifer. Their care and professionalism were outstanding, and they made my father's experience so much more comfortable and reassuring.
