This is our third visit to Penny's Pup Wash. I've gone every two weeks. 5☆ all around! Each visit has been great! The first time I recieved a lot of help. They showed me around, offered their assistance, checked on us mid bath, and made us feel welcomed! Now, I feel confident about walking in and I know what to expect. I LOVE the decor, friendly atmosphere, and home feel of the place. I LOVE the self wash tubs. They have all the supplies you need at a reasonable price. This time I decided to take my girl Blue's little brother Grayson. It was another great spa day for my babies! Also, Blue had a nail trim this visit. I usually do it at home. The only reason I had it done there was because they use the dremel. All went well, no bleeders!

We’ve been bringing our dog, Finn, to Penny‘s for self wash and grooming for the past year and absolutely love this place! It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and all the equipment works great. For grooming, Alex does a fantastic job with our 75lb high energy golden retriever, and Finn always comes out looking like a show dog!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What can I say? Great customer service, pleasant groomers. Very friendly and easy to deal with. This is the first time my dog has been to a groomer in his whole life, and they did amazing work. He use to let us do it at home and became a grump. Penny’s is the best!

My little fluffy 35lb terrier looks so cute! When I took her in for her first grooming she was a tangled matted mess. It felt like dropping off my kid at the first day of school. Nervously I waited at home and was very eager to pick her up. When I did she was super happy and looks like a new, clean, confident dog. I’ve noticed a new pep in her step. They even put the cutest pink bow on her.

My smiling Golden Retriever best buddy Wrigley loves coming here for his bathtime and is very happy when I get him an all natural beef marrow bone treat to enjoy as his reward for staying calm!

Recently became a regular here. It’s a well rounded dog wash. Absolutely obsessed with the decor/ theme as well as the fact they have the traditional tubs. My girl and i always have a good experience here. The price is definately comparable to the dog washes in the area. And they do have hair dryers which are such a big help. CUTE

1st time visit on 10/01/24. Brittany was very helpful and they had everything needed to wash and groom. They definitely will receive my business. I usually give 5 stars based on the consistency of the service. I hope I can after a few more visits.

The best place ever! I have a broken wrist. They helped me put my dog in the high bathtub so I could bathe him! They have everything! Face wash, great towels and wonderful spirits. It's a God send for me and Mannix, of course!
