Qué pena tener que darle una estrella , para mi ni eso tienen . Es un sitio sin higiene ni condiciones , donde no están pendientes de los pacientes , lo viví con mi familiar y vi a otros que nunca les vi ni un familiar cerca , por ellos también hablo . El trabajador social , el administrador tienen muy poco tacto para tratar a los familiares , para mí son desagradables . Solo una enfermera salvaría yo su nombre es Davy o algo así , perdóneme por no recordar su nombre . Al final mi familiar murió en paz , después de tanto deterioro o y caídas sufrida en sus narices . Y todo gracias a dios y a él hospicio donde lamentablemente la llevamos a que descansara en paz . Ustedes Peninsula nursing home son los responsables de esa muerte anticipada . Recuerden que la justicia de Divina existe . Y espero las personas lean las opiniones antes de llevar a sus seres queridos a un sitio como este . Dios tenga misericordia con ustedes Península Rehab Center🙏

Please do not let your loved one go here! It truly is awful. I had my husband here for a month and it was the most stressful month of my life. I tried so hard to get them to do better but they continued to promise and nothing ever changed. They left him in a wheelchair for 12-15 hours a day sometimes facing a wall. He lost weight from not eating and went downhill so quickly there. It is such a depressing place.
You do not want your loved one to be here!
In just 1 month of being there he ended up with bed sores from being stuck in a chair for so long.
Talking to supervisor and management did not help.
One nurse actually told me they keep him up so he will be tired and sleep through the night and they won’t have to worry about him falling out of bed! I could go on and on with all the horrible things I witnessed here.
Thankfully I was able to get him moved and it’s like night and day!
He’s talking, smiling and eating again.
If your loved one is there, please check on them often.
I truly feel it should be shut down.
The way this place is run is horrifying.

I'm so lucky I landed at Peninsula Care and Rehabilitation! Wonderful staff all around. I do want to give a special shout out to a few people who have really made my stay here a safe and comfy place to call home for a few weeks. Christina greeted me upon my transfer and instantly gave me a feeling of safety and made me feel like I had landed in the perfect place for me. My physical therapy team .... my thedm...

This place should be shut down for mistreating the elderly. My mother was there for therapy and needed to use the restroom and asked Beth if she could assist her respond to my mom was you will will do it yourself ? really? My mom just had surgery and Noone should be treated this way nor had to be left waiting hours for assistance. This place was not our first choice but unfortunately the one we chose was not available. I will be keeping reporting this location to other communication channels till someone take care of this matter and this employee name Beth learns how to treat and speak to people, someone like her doesn't need work there nor have a job on the medical field.

I had a loved one here not too long ago and Jeremiah on the 3-11 shift was so kind and caring. He really took the time to care for my loved one and didn’t brush her off when she needed assistance. I was always thrilled and relieved to see him when I came in knowing that she would be in good hands. You need more like him!

I love it here and this facility, David, the nurse is really on top of my medications on top of my file. Is right there on medical needs. It does you just medications on time? I do appreciate him as a nurse. He is a very excellent nurse. I do appreciate it. Thank you have a good day.

The CNA staff on the east side are wonderful very nice respectful loving people I enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a rehab facility with a worm experience this is the place for you. While you’re visiting if you need any garments clean doing your stay please ask for Katura Houichi when ever I had anything I needed to be returned from the laundry department she would make sure everything was returned ASAP. and then there’s Josh in activity great guy if you need anything please ask for him. And the nursing staff David, Lori, Heather, Corey and Corlene wonderful people that go be on the line of duty.

Worst place to leave your love ones. Place smell awful and the the care team don’t even answer or take care of the patients they hide all day on there cell phones my mothers call the care taker to help her and she said you can walk to the bathroom her self. Don’t pay attention on the call light. They need to close this place down. where are the managers?
