I’ve been taking my dog, Watson to Pawsitive Pals for about a year and a half. I am so thankful for them. They are able to provide my boy with loads of fun while I am at work. I also love the staff. They are always so nice and I can tell that they genuinely care for and love my baby boy! They also post pictures almost daily, do seasonal photo shoots, and have a dog of the month. So much fun! I absolutely love Pawsitive Pals. ❤️

Caitlyn does a fantastic job. I've been very happy with her services everytime. She takes her time with my dog is gentle and gives him the breaks he needs. Scheduling with her is always easy and I recommend her to all my friends.

Called Snip to have my dog fixed. Left a message waited two days. Left message saying I was older and didn't know how to use their website. I wanted to know additional information before bringing my dog in. No call back after three tries I took my dog to Knights Veterinary Clinic. Wow what a pleasure. They answer the phone, talk to you personally and find out exactly what you need done. Very affordable price too. I would never recommend Snip to anyone. Call Knights, you'll be pleased. My post is for Snips. I don't know who Pawsitive Paws are. I googled Snips reviews and this was the website that came up. I am posting for my elderly father that doesn't know how do do it. If they spay and neuter under a different name then this post stands. If they are different people then disregard and get Google to fix it.

I’ll update this later but my miniature dachshund, Choco, was dropped off for her third day of doggy daycare today and she couldn’t have been happier! I was worried because since I got her out in February after she spent 10 months in a shelter in Korea she has had very bad separation anxiety. I hoped that daycare would be better than at home and it absolutely has been. Last night when I picked her up I saw her over the fence and she was very happy. This morning she got excited when we pulled into the parking lot. She ran over to the gate and jumped up on it staring back at me. As soon as I handed her off to the woman who was there this morning she jumped into her arms and started giving her kisses. This is worth every penny for her mental health! She has a 30 day punch card so she only gets charged the days I bring her in and every member of the staff I have met has been amazing with making me feel good about her staying there. She has a week of boarding at the end of the month and my only worry is that she won’t want to come home!

I like taking my high energy doberman pup there on days that I can't give him the attention and exercise he needs. He comes home with a final burst of defiant energy, then crashes and sleeps soundly. He is always excited to go and happy to see the daycare attendants there, so I know he is treated well and has a good time.

My only critique and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my first day taking him there, I didn't get the report card it says on the website that they give. I also have to ask how he did or what went on that day every time I pick him up. Otherwise, they just let us leave after payment. Some behaviors reported after I asked were behaviors I needed to know, and would not know, unless I asked first. Growing puppies change just as much mentally as they do physically, and if/when problem behaviors present themselves I prefer to be informed while I still have time with my trainer that I see to correct these behaviors swiftly and appropriately.

I also would prefer a camera system put in to observe my pup myself if I want to. I may catch something that the attendants miss since their attention is understandably much more divided.
