My Husband and I recently rescued/adopt a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog and some great friends referred us to Paws in Time Oswego. Everyone we spoke with on the phone or in person was absolutely wonderful and so patient with us and all of our questions.

We brought our dog in for grooming and Sarah did a fantastic job and provided us with the an estimate of price and how long it would take. They called when he was finished and our sweet boy looked so good. We cannot wait to bring him back for day, boarding and more grooming in the future.

Been bringing my 2 puppies to the Oswego location since they where 4 months. They get so excited when we pull into the parking lot and love the staff. I always get an update on how they did for the day and very thankful it has a big outdoor area. Because my pups are pooped by time they get home from running and playing with their friends there. The staff is very knowledgeable about dogs and are so compassionate about their job.Would highly recommend.

Sarah is phenomenal at what she does as far as grooming! I have a golden doodle that gets Mats and at previous groomers they would shave him completely off but Sarah takes her time with him and he always looks so great afterwards. Highly recommend!!

SARAH IS THE BEST!!!!! Just took my two boys there. I had been looking for a good groomer since a while back and oh my goodness , she is phenomenal, one of my dogs is extremely anxious and it’s been hard for others to do his haircut but she was able to do it exactly how I wanted and both my doggos seemed to be fine after the appointment ( which usually I’ve been handed them stressed out by other groomers) but you can tell Sarah truly cares about her furry clients and puts their well-being ahead of just treating them as if they are products as it seems in other places. I was recommended by this place by another woman on Yelp who has an anxious dog as well and boy am I glad I listened to her!

We have been bringing our black Labrador puppy to Paws In Time for about the past year. He enjoys the experience, judging from how eager he becomes when he gets near the facility. The staff seem to take good care of him and they give us a verbal report of his behavior at the end of the visit. Too, they trim his nails for a reasonable fee when necessary.

Sarah was such a great groomer. My dog looked fabulous and was not stressed out by the groom!! He also had a fun time playing outside with the other dogs. This is my new favorite place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Nice people, but they continuously let our dog eat the native grass/straw that grew in to their fences since it was never trimmed. Our dog went to the vet once because of it, we asked them to monitor our dog, then a few weeks later the same thing happened and we had to take her to a VCA and got a hefty bill to make sure she didn’t puncture her stomach.

I feel like most people are nice there. They just kind of let the dogs outside and let them do whatever. We bought daycare packages in bulk and left 4-5 of them rather than deal with asking for a refund because we were done.

They always do such a great job and get Rollo in and out so quickly. He hates being groomed but he never leaves this place too stressed out like he does at others. Look at him in his little tie! Love Paws in Time!
