Agradezco la ayuda que proporciono la Dra. Gracias por aceptar darme una cita en este momento que era difícil encontrar quien atendiera a mi querido perro Lobo. Mi esposo y yo esperamos con mucha anciedad y ala vez paciencia la llamada ayer, para saber que se podía mejorar mi perrito. Pensé que me llamarían a mi. Pero llamaron a mi esposo y le dijeron" ya viene por su perro, ya PUEDE levantar su pata ya camina " mi esposo ya se disponía ir por el, pues trabajo muy cerca. Se emociono y quizo darme la sorpresa de que Lobo se pondría bien. Pero al llegar y saber su condición fue y a Sido muy doloroso. Mi perro llegó desde bebé a nuestras vidas y le dimos mucho amor cuidado y protección, fuimos muy privilegiados en tenerlo pues fue un buen perro amoroso tranquilo obediente y tratamos siempre de darle lo mejor y respetarlo cómo creación de Dios. Por ello jamás abandonariamos a nuestro Lobo.

I'm sorry to write this but please don't take your pets here. The staff is friendly enough, but that's about it. Very unsanitary, smelly, hairy etc. Staff member didn't even use gloves when examining my dog's infected and bleeding wound, then went and touched things on the counter/ equipment/ other devices/ doorknobs, etc without even washing hands. It was disgusting. My dog left with a dirty and actively bleeding wound, with very unclear advice on how to proceed. Also they improperly treated an ear infection a separate time for which I ended up having to take her to another vet as it had worsened significantly since taking her to paws and feathers. I remember having a slightly more positive experience here when Dr. Sarah was around, but the past several times she has no longer been there. The new vet seems very confused and is very inconsistent with explanations, diagnoses, prescriptions etc. He did not address my questions and concerns well at all. I felt like he wasn't listening to my concerns/was quite dismissive, and at the same time very unclear and contradictory with his explanations. I will not be back again.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Sarah Hadzic and the entire team at Paws and Feathers Veterinary Clinic for their exceptional care and compassion during a challenging time. When my cat ingested plastic, leading to a gastrointestinal blockage, I was initially quoted over $10,000 for the necessary procedure. However, Dr. Hadzic and her team provided the surgery at a significantly more affordable rate, ensuring my beloved pet received the treatment he needed. Their dedication and empathy have been truly invaluable, and I cannot thank them enough for their support.

I was so happy to have found Paws and Feathers in my neighborhood when when I lived in Irving Park and I'm sad that they won't be my vet anymore only due to a move outside of the City.
I've always had a great experience and Dr. Sara always made me laugh.. she was great, as was the whole staff from front desk to techs.

I have tried two vets since moving to the area besides Paws and Feathers and both were fine, but at Paws and Feathers, I really felt at home. The staff was so kind, they were willing to accommodate me bringing two cats in together and to my great surprise BOTH cats were super chill once we got to the room. The tech was quick and efficient and the doctor herself was incredible- I think she’s figured out the cause of a minor issue one of my cats has had for FIVE YEARS (and seen multiple vets about). The cost was very reasonable and there was no wait, we were in and out within 30 minutes with 2 pets. So glad to have found such an amazing vet so close to home!
