We came over from Palm Springs Ca. With our yellow Labrador. Second time we truly love this place. From The great Doctors to the entire staff they showed Allei as much love as we give her. Plus tonight they called to ask how Allei was doing even knowing she has been transferred to VCA. Thanks that call touched our hearts ?. You sure can see how much all these folks that work at Paws and Claws love their jobs. Thank you Allei and Don Harrison. Update today 7.16.24 our new rescued Lab/mixed Oaklei Rea is part of the Paws and Claws family to look after him. These folks are awesome and we wouldn’t go any where else. My little guy is a nervous one every time we come in. Paws and Claws are quick to come up with a plan when it comes to his care. They aim to make him comfortable every visit and are patient with him warming up to them. Been coming here for couple years, very friendly and helpful staff.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Jameson and Dr Rambaud. They are phenomenal along with their amazing staff. I have two pups that LOVE going to their Dr appointments. They trick them into thinking they’re in someone’s living room just getting loved on! The rooms have couches, dog beds and toys…no cold exam table. One of my dogs had a dental surgery today and they even trimmed his nails even though I forgot to ask them! What really sent me over the edge was the fact that the staff got him a get well card and they all signed it. I almost cried. I am very grateful to Paws and Claws ? thank you all so much!

My husband and I are so incredibly happy with and appreciative of this office. While all of our consults have been top notch, our most recent visit was particularly reflective of this phenomenal practice.

Our dog Bogey was worked-in on a Friday due to progressively worsening diarrhea and vomiting. They did a thorough work-up, gave him fluids and medication and he is now back to his normal happy self. Thank you a million!

I called the office and left a message to have my female spayed. No one called back. I called again and spoke to someone. They said I would have to make an appointment to establish my dog with them, even though I have taken another one of my dogs there before. I made the appointment. Took her in they weighed her. Set on the floor with her, did a brief examine. Was very attentive to her. The Doctor left and the assistant came back in with an estimate to do the Spay. $2700.00-$3000.00 to Spay my 63lb female Shepard/Husky mix. I was so shocked. She was going down the list of items they charge for and I asked her to stop. I can't afford this! I just left and will never return. To charge that much to Spay a dog is selfish, greedy and just wrong! What is wrong with you? You think because you are in Palm Desert that everyone is rich. Even if I was rich I wouldn't pay that. I tell everyone I know this and they just stare at me like I'm making it up! Seriously! You should be ashamed of your self.

Dr. Jameson and her staff are excellent at what they do, Dr. J spends enough time with my babies to help them and make them feel comfortable. I rescue Giant Breed dogs and they take care of them all. I have had up to seven dogs and all the dogs LOVE them.

My neighbor said the staff was great and they took good care of her dog through some dental work. I called to make an appointment for my pup.

The receptionist asked who my neighbor was, and when I mentioned my neighbor, she quickly said they are no longer accepting new clients.

Seems sketchy, but definitely unprofessional. Better luck to the rest of you.
