If you care for your dog, don’t go here.
I have had a few incidents with this place but never mentioned anything.
Today, my dog came out shivering, coughing heavily, and unable to breathe. He had never shown these symptoms before. He was absolutely fine before going into this grooming place. I went back in and asked if something went wrong. They said grooming went well and that if we are concerned maybe we need to check with the vet for a seizure. What
My dod is still scared and hiding under the bed.
I was puzzled when I read bad reviews about this place, but they were right.
If you are considering going here, PLEASE THINK AGAIN!

Update: this is for their grooming service! I have gotten my poodle mix hair cut here about four times now. Unlike other places, his haircuts here have been consistent, and always adorable!

I recently used their doggie day care service. They accommodated my schedule on a short notice. My pups seemed happy, and healthy at the end of the day It is a grooming place, so they don't have a yard like kennels. But your dog can roam around in the back area or stay in the cage. Plus they offer good rates. They were so kind to trim my pup's nails (long overdue ... ) free of charge. Thank you!

I came today and really wanted to love it here, but left very frustrated instead. I am an easy to please person and didn’t think I asked for anything difficult.
I am only giving 2 stars because they literally didn’t do anything I asked. I have a small Maltese. I asked for a teddy bear haircut, just trim her pony tail, full service grooming, gland expression, teeth brushing and ear hair plucking.
I got a text an hour and 40 min later saying she was ready. I thought that was weirdly fast but changed my schedule to go get her. The price seemed low when I was paying and I asked about it and was told they forgot to do all the extras I asked for. No teeth brushing, no ear plucking or gland expression which was the main reason I went. I paid and tipped anyways on good faith that she would at least look cute. Then they got her for me and no teddy bear haircut! They just shaved EVERYTHING OFF!! Even the pony tail I specifically asked them to keep!! How could they miss SO many directions?!
I even showed them a picture before I left! I am very very disappointed and will not be recommending them to my family who all live in the area with dogs. If I wanted a basic shave for my dog, I could have saved $60 and done this myself. They weren’t even apologetic and very dismissive about the situation. I would have happily returned if they could have done what I asked and paid for. They literally did what they wanted and sent me and my dog on our way.

First and last time bringing my pup here.
Red flags I clearly passed on giving the benefit of the doubt…

1. They don’t ask for dog vaccinations
2. They really emphasize the longer the hair is kept the more expensive it will be. Didn’t matter to me since I wanted a summer cut but thanks ?
3. They left the sanitary area RAW I have never seen a close shave that would make my pup drag their behind all over the floor FOR DAYS . Using coconut oil to sooth the area. I know it can be irritating for dogs but the other times I’ve been to other grooming salons I haven’t come across this problem. So, leads me to think how often or even they maintain/clean their tools.

Lesson learned on my end. Clearly, not on theirs given the other reviews similar to my experience.

They were so efficient and professional. They took great care of my baby, he came back without any anxiety or stress. He was happy and ready to play which tells me he was groomed with care. I highly recommend h them and will return again.
