Very professional, attentive to my service dogs special needs. Jamie is absolutely wonderful! After Sadie had some traumatic injuries & attacks over the years, she has some very sensitive areas. I've not been able to take her to a groomer in several years, especially after 2 bad experiences at Petco & Petsmart where she came home with cuts on her and abrasions on her belly. Due to my physical disabilities & injuries It's difficult for me to groom Sadie as often as I'd like to, or she needs to be groomed living in the mountains, traveling and such. Border Collies have a lot of long hair and she has a thick undercoat. I can't thank them enough for their expertise and care of Sadie. We will be visiting again!
