I love this store ! I always get my cat's raw food here and it's the best! The main employee, Michaela, is the smartest and most helpful pet store employee ever! She's funny, personable, friendly, and helpful. Great store with plenty of options for dogs and decent options for cats.

Not my favorite experience. Bought bootjes for me dog. Asked before buying them if I could get a refund because they seemed big. The lady working said yes as long as they were damaged or super worn in. Tried to return them today because they did end up being too big. The lady working today says I can’t because there is dirt on them. My dog only wore them once and she kept falling out of them. I stated what the previous lady said that I bought from and she said she could only give me store credit. For $50 booties I was hoping for a refund since I asked specifically just in case. Very frustrating experience. The store is still cute which is why I gave 2 stars.

This is a lovely shop that sells things of high quality and that are of good value. Shopping here was a pleasure because the products are displayed in a manner that is both neat and easy to see. I recommend it. I saw how they had such a large range of dog clothes, including booties, bandanas, outfits, and many other items of clothing. Additionally, they carry health supplements, such as vitamins, that I super need for my babies. I also enjoy purchasing toys and food for them, despite the fact that it will drain my bank account.
I spent a lot of money and my bank account was depleted, but I think it's okay because my babies would be pleased with the goods I purchased. In addition, I have absolutely no complaints about any of the employees here; they were all extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. This is a highly recommended shop!
