Passages, from the staff- from RS, to Dee (angel), to all the experienced licensed professionals.. people who truly cared enough to help me save my own life, is the most amazing place on earth. I came in using high amount of fentanyl everyday for YEARS.. I tried other treatment centers and choosing Passages was the best decision I ever made for my life because it saved me… nothing compares to the level of care and pure understanding, I received here. The empathy, the compassion, the love. It truly is life changing and something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. A lot of people on fentanyl don’t make it. It’s the sad reality. I say this often. That’s why it’s so important to pick the right place to fight your fight full of EXPERIENCED CARE. That is Passages.. because of Passages, I got the individualized help and I made it, and I have a chance at a beautiful life I couldn’t even see before… the level of comfort I received here going through agonizing hell, down to figuring out the root causes of what was driving my usage, I haven’t gotten to know my real self in a long time. I never did therapy before this, so I can honestly say it is doable to heal no matter where you are at in your journey. There is hope. Now, I wake up everyday smiling and full of life. Grateful for each passing day. My eyes are full of life again. The agony is over and I am no longer a victim to my circumstances. I had small detour and now I am on to a beautiful life. Passages will love you. Not judge you. They will help you save your own life and I can honestly say not many places like that exist anymore.

From the luxurious landscape of the property to the intense one on one treatment you receive. The groups are great and I don’t have one complaint here. Best Decision of my Life.
I researched about 30 other facilities and none of them offered the same approach as Passages. I was on the edge of loosing everything. Coming here saved my life.

I've been here 25 days and while I'm ready to depart knowing I'll never go back ever again. The holistic and spiritual approach and the highly collaborated work the provide is amazing. This is what drew me to come here. The grounds are amazing, you'll not find anything close. But this is just a bonus. I based my decision on how they do things. All of the Therapist are amazing, and all of the staff from the front office, Admins to the gardeners and maids are all so friendly and inviting.

The therapists all work with you in their own methods and drill you down to when you were a child then upward, drawing out all of your past experiences whether good or bad. They bring it all out and Im departing with a clear mind. Living the now and able plan for my future retirement along with my wife. No more tears about the abusive childhood, the sorrow coming from loosing friends and some family members, and the hurt I feel from ending up being such and angry person to my wife.

I'm back to my happy fun loving, intelligent and creative me. And I have confidence know that I'll never go back again. As they say here when the patient comes out, the doctors will come and the healing begins.

I appreciate everything Passages Malibu has given me. Now I have the tools to know I'm leaving a happy person for the rest of my life. If I ever see a friend or associates falling down the rabbit whole I will be showing them this is the right place for them.

No complaints on treatment and you get out what you put in. My one issue is that Pax said insurance didn’t cover my stay, so I paid cash. After returning home, insurance said it would have been covered had requested pre-authorization.

Two friends of mine had the opportunity to choose between Passages and a multitude of other treatment centers, something told them Passages was the one. They were right. Wonderful accommodations, and a very respectful and gentle staff. Albeit a tough endeavor, both friends said that the employees were extremely helpful in many ways. I want to thank you, personally, for the grace and guidance I've heard so much of. I'm so happy to have my friends back 🙂
