My sister was at Parkview for 7 months for therapy and waiting to move to an assisted living facility. The staff at Parkview was kind, caring, professional and engaged. The work they do is challenging and often unappreciated. During her stay, my sister progressed from needing a wheelchair/walker to being fully mobile and able to dress and care for herself. Office staff, on floor nurses, therapists, and social workers were all wonderful.
Some improvement in the food quality would be my only suggestion.

It’s clean thank god but unfortunately they allow their staff to steal and get away with it. I got a brand new iPhone for my dad not even 2 weeks old. I went for a walk with him across the property, came back and the phone was gone. I called the staff the very next day and nothing was done. Called twice repeated the story each time and still nothing done. Supervisor got in contact with me 5 days later told me she’d check the cameras. Never did. Then when I reminded her she said it’s been too long now that the camera erases every 3 days. Thought I found the safe spot for my dad now so sadly disappointed. Watch your valuables.

My mother-in-law needed rehab after having surgery. At Parkview, the rehab healthcare team was caring and professional, and helped her to recover, and regain her strength to return home. Her social worker was great and provided us with information and an attentive ear. While there, we noticed the facility was undergoing some needed updates and clean up along with adding staff. We are excited to see the results.

Do not let your loved ones suffer here. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. It’s dirty and the staff has no idea how to take care of people that are in a fragile state, trying to recover. It’s complete garbage. My father is in worse shape now than when we took him there.

We checked my mom into Parkview on a Monday last month. She came from their sister company at Hunter Creek so her clothes were already labeled. The staff was nice but it was not a pleasant experience like the Hunters Creek facility. The building was old and dirty. On her fourth day Bryan and another staff member went into her room and took all of her clothes away and left her nothing to wear but a hospital gown. When I called and questioned where her clothes went I was told they were removed because they needed to be labeled. I explained they were already labeled and to please return her clothes immediately. They were not returned. When I called and spoke to Bryan he then told me that her clothes were removed because they were “soiled”. I personally unpacked, inspected and folded her clothes before putting them in her drawer. They had been laundered at the Hunters Creek facility before they were packed. This went on for 5 days! No one could seem to locate her clothes in the laundry facility. In the end she was missing several pairs of socks and the jacket she always wore. Through this I called and left several messages for Bryan who never returned my calls. She declined quickly after being admitted, she was extremely depressed and neglected by the staff. Overall the facility seems to be extremely understaffed. After a few weeks she ended up in the hospital and died within a few hours of being admitted. When we went to collect her things from her room her JBL speaker was missing. It cost a little under $100. My husband tried repeatedly to speak to someone about it and since he couldn’t get Bryan (his voice mailbox is always full) to return his calls he made several trips to the facility to find it or get it replaced. They finally agreed to replace it and when he went in today to pick it up they handed him a cheap replacement that costs around $25. The picture of the private/semi private room on the website is staged. That is not what the rooms look like, they are filthy and the furniture looks like it was purchased at a garage sale. I do not recommend this facility for anyone’s loved one’s. Very sad and disappointed. Don’t be fooled by all their 5 star reviews they have on their website.

We pulled our mother out of this place 3 weeks in to her stay. To say the patients here are neglected is an understatement. She never saw a doctor / PA at all. the medication process is very disorganized . She never received her home medications. The staff that is onsite tried their best, but seemed overwelmed and checked out. It seems that the focus here is to keep the patients bed ridden to keep the staff less busy. Every time we asked a question it was either a “No or I don’t know”. They are not there to take care of your love ones, but just collect a paycheck and go home. This facility is not a place to send your loved ones to improve their health and get on a road to recovery. They sit in a bed 23 hours a day and are treated like a burden not a patient

My husband has been here for several weeks recovering from multiple health issues and I have no plans to move him elsewhere as he is doing well. The building/rooms/facilities have seen better days but it's clean with no smells. The caretakers are patient, kind and treat the patients with dignity and respect. The food is good, well seasoned and the menu is varied. My only complaint is that the call button appears to be a mere placebo. When I visit and see a need for a diaper change, blanket, ice, etc., I go into the hall and whoever I grab will assist without complaint. And, patients are checked periodically but a faster call-button response or more frequent checks could have avoided a diaper rash issue.
