I had an emergency situation pulling a dog from the Humane society today. She was in rough shape but not only did they fit me in to use the bathing station but they helped me be able to shave off the dreadlocks that had developed so badly. I can’t recommend them enough the help they provided and extra service was greatly appreciated.

I had a 1:00 appointment. I got a call at 11:21 while I was in the shower stating that if I didn't get there by 12:00 they'd have to reschedule. I live 40 minutes away. There's a reason you Make appointments. Bottom line is this was completely unprofessional and they don't care about their customers. At least this particular woman doesn't. I can't say anything about the business in general. I also have other things to do but I put them off in order to be there at 1:00 because that was the time they gave me. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. - a follow up to what the owner of the establishment said. She didn't give me the option of 1:00. She said that I would have to reschedule. So what you're saying is complete BS and you don't know what's going on in your own business.

Donna at Pampered Pet Grooming did an amazing job on our 12 year-old cocker spaniel. Buffy went in overgrown and matted (our previous groomer went out of business), and came out looking amazing! Best grooming ever and friendly, caring service. So glad to have discovered PPG!!!

Jenna did a fabulous job on our baby's first grooming! She did even better than our vet did on his toenails at a cheaper rate. He was fresh and beautiful and Jenna is a sweetheart of a young lady! If I could give ten stars, I would!
