The staff is always very pleasant and concerned of my needs. Dr Belair is the best! She is very involved with the well-being of my dog, and goes out of her way to treat her. She spends quality time with the patient and doesn't " hurry" through the exam. I rate the practice 10 out of 10

Dr. Belair has the knowledge, manner and personality that makes you wish she treated humans and not just pets. I have a senior
Dog with a myriad of health issues that sometimes requires urgent visits, I have another that has social issues, and can’t be around men, and two rambunctious young dogs - they’re always accommodated in a respectful way. The pricing is fair, and the staff are friendly. If I could get treated here myself, I would.

As an animal owner all my life, I would like to express how Amazing Dr. Belair and her staff are! I decided after a not so pleasant experience with a different location, to search for a new place to care for my family (my pups). I found Pachaug animal hospital and I'm so glad I did! The facility is super clean, the staff are always helpful and smiling. My dogs are never uneasy when walking in and that itself speaks volumes!

Recently, my pup ate something while out for a walk. The next day, he became lethargic and seemed to be disoriented. I was frantic imagining he ingested poison!
Called Pachaug Animal Hospital and they said bring him right in!!
Dr. Belair examined him and spent a lot of time asking questions, providing answers and giving a diagnosis.
My boy is fine and the care and compassion shown by everyone at Pachaug is beyond incredible!

Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and prices is very reasonable!! Our doctor is great! It’s much more affordable than other animal hospitals. My dogs always enjoy coming here and they have a huge waiting room with lots of artwork.
