I have a friend which I’m not gonna mention his name has been in this facility a little over two years and he’s such a humble man. He suffers from diabetes. He’s losing his vision, and they still don’t give him his proper meals that you should give a Diabetic I don’t understand how this place is in business is mice and roach infested and they haven’t had light for three days as of today that I’m posting this also, there’s been instances where his properties have been stolen when he first got to this place two years ago.

My mother died due to the staff’s neglect. Horrible staff especially night staff. They ignore call bell for HOURS. You are sending your loved to ones to people who don’t care. They just want to sit at the desk and talk.

I've been a resident here for a possibility a year but I must say is please do not put your loved one in this facility the nurses are paycheck nurses which means they don't care about the patients they care about their paychecks the kitchen food is completely unacceptable for human consumption the rooms have mice and roaches the call Bell will not be answered anytimely fashion if it's answered at all
If you let me do your laundry your clothes will come back wrinkle,stained if you're lucky
to get them back at all.
If by chance you need a nurse at night time forget about it they are sleeping along with the CNAs
If you go to the social worker for help that's not going to happen she's there employed by the nursing home she's not there to help you get out she's going to keep you in there
Since I've been here I have called the police over a half a dozen times.
The staff here will lie to your face even though you know the truth
This facilities website is fraudulent that's not what this place is about it all
Please do your research thoroughly before you even consider putting somebody in this place. If you have a complaint about something can you talk to the staff about it that's as far as it goes nobody cares
I have personally sent back at least a hundred trays of food because it was unacceptable
If you're lucky you have money to order out.
That's where most of your money will go
You will be spending money on food and clothes and any cosmetics that you may need enclosing I beg you not to make the mistake I made

My grandfather was here for over a month after his surgery. Must say everyone was great. From the first encounter with Meg in Admissions. She was very accommodating and friendly. Nursing was very Attentive. Rehab was wonderful, Luigi, Donna and Yvonne encouraged him and built up his confidence. The Kitchen also made sure to go over his food selections. I appreciated the entire staff for making his stay just more pleasant.

My dad’s been at this senior care spot for a while now, and I gotta say, it's been an amazing experience for me and my family. He broke his hip, but the rehab here is top-notch. The staff's been super friendly, making him feel at home. They always make him feel cared for and respected. It's like a mini family here, and I'm grateful for that.

I just want to say that their taking good care of their residents. Foods here are always good, you can meet and dine with the other residents on their dining room. They have good nurses, nursing assistants and other employees. I recommend this place for long term stay. They are all great. I love it.

Needs are not evaluate by Social Worker Properly This individual walks around like she’s the Administrator Her Personally and methods are unexcuseable..What I’ve seen she is more interested in discharging rehab patients then helping them . As Far as their Kitchen Staff and Supervision on Food that is cooked for rehab patients and permanent residence the food is always cold.. never get Quality food or what you order the food they service I don’t have. words Any further😖🤢 to describe the food ! Their Rehab Department Staff and their Programs are great Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You Rehab Dept you made my stay Very Pleasant as far as their recreation Dept as far as games bingo talking news is great the staff and Director is A number one..I’Ve Been here before on many occasions the Food Will Never Change as far as Temperature in quality NURSING AND NURSES ARE A Five⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating 👍Ladies of Nursing Thank You🌹🫶

Me and my family lives opposite to this place. For 4 years our live’s been nightmare because of them! Everyday their ambulances blocking our driveway, l can’t move my car or can’t park to my own parking spot. Everytime l’m late to my meetings or late to pickup my 3 years old son from daycare! A few time we had health emergency and had to get an uber to hospital instead of our car because again the ambulance was blocking our driveway! I understand they have situations but there are alot of free parking spot on the street, even in front of thir their building but they prefer to block ours. Whenever l go inside to talk to the reception they never listen! Whenever l try to ambulances drivers they yelled at me! No wonder what else they could do ! Everytime l had to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to find the driver! I’m so sick and tired to deal with this angry, disrespectful people! I don’t wanna imagine how they treat to their old patients! Just a little bit respect please!

PS: Do not bring your loved ones here, stuff is always so angry and unprofessional!

Update: This place keep blocking our driveway even though they have large parking lot next to their building! We are unable to park in front of our property or unable to move our car when we need to go out! Many times we had emergency situations but again every time we had to ride uber because they always block our drive way! It’s impossible to deal with these disrespectful people! God forbid if you try to find the driver or ask them to move their car or ambulance!

They don’t understand! They don’t care!
Imagine we are trying to explain these people why this is wrong!

Update :

On 10.07.2020 we came home but couldn’t go inside because Alaris Health’s 2 ambulances blocked the way as usual! They one of them blocked our driveway way ( our parking lot ) and the other ambulance was left to middle of the street!

What they could do ?

They can simply park in front of the facility so other people can use the way/road or go to their home too!

After 25 minutes we asked them to park to their parking lot next time ambulance staff woman started to yell at us and said shut the f... up! Imagine this is happening in front of kids and senior people ( facility patients)

These people impossible to communicate!
I wonder what they would to next time!

Horrible and disrespectful!

Another day, we came home and we couldn’t park inside our driveway because Alaris Health vehicle was parked infront of our home and blocking our driveway. There is no driver inside the car. We have to wait for them to move the car. When we go to inside and try to find out where is the driver they always say “ they don’t know “ . Imagine waisting your time like this almost everyday. We are sick and tired to deal with these people.
