I don't do 1-star reviews because even the worst businesses usually deserve at least 2. Not this one. At first I was a little confused by the 5 star reviews, then I read all 5 of them and realized that none of them were written by any actual clients of the facility and that they are all from 2+ years ago, so now it makes more sense. Firstly: I've, unfortunately, been to quite a few treatment programs in my life, the number is in the double digits. I can say, without hesitation, that this is the most offensively unhelpful treatment center I've ever attended. The staff were more focused on my clothing and my wallet than they were on my recovery. I was treated like a child, told that I couldn't do my makeup to prepare for work which I had immediately after group therapy. It didn't matter that I listened attentively and participated vocally throughout the group, it was still completely unacceptable that I would do my mascara at any point in this 3 hour long session. I was not allowed to wear clothing that exposed my shoulders like a tube top does. But the last straw for me was when I had to leave a zoom meeting early after being informed that I wasn't allowed to be on the call while in an Uber, and the next day was told that I would need to pay them a "missed group fee" of $350 if I wanted to continue attending their program. In my opinion, Oakvine's business model is predatory and simply a cash-grab that preys on people who are still early in their recovery. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Amazingly impressive IOP drug rehab in Austin Texas. If you are looking for an flexible intensive outpatient addiction treatment program with an outstanding residential substance abuse rehabilitation center you need to call them. You can continue to work and spend time with family while getting help with substance abuse problems. Their intensive outpatient program is outstanding.
