It’s a good sign when the office has a clinic cat. Walked in and felt right at home. Staff were great and prices were better.

We are from out of town and they were able to get my cat in for her monthly shot while we were in the quad cities. Very thankful for the flexibility.

Garbi the clinic cat was a total ham.

Dr Trammell is very thorough and she gave us all of our options for treatment. She included the cost of our treatment options so we could make a decision. Her assistant was great with our dog and front desk staff are helpful and efficient.

My dog had to get teeth pulled and they got him in within a few days. Called us during it to let us now how he was doing and we appreciated that so much. Very good people

They overcharge and have a very poor business ethic.
My 2 boys still had a ear infection despite the meds the prescribed and I was told it was a "resilient yeast infection" and got no cure, yet went to another vet and resolved it.
Also was told my bully had a bad tooth and was told it may have to be extracted and the estimate was not to exceed 150.00, well then I pick him up and the cost exceeded over 500.00. Wich of course I was expected to pay immediately and asked for a payment plan and was told they would. I needed time and they only gave me a week and continuously charged my card to the point I had to close it. Yes I owed them money but keep in mind that within that month I had already spent over 2500.00 between my two boys. Like taking your care in for a oil change and then they tell ya you just got a new motor that doesn't run. So proceed at not only your own risk financially but more importantly your furbabies health.
