Took my three girls all big babies over for a spa day. This was my first time using these guys I had seen a couple of negative reviews but when i called over they said new management had taken over in the last week or so i gave them a shot. So happy i did! My girls look and feel amazing! Austin made my girls wag and shine. The pricing is reasonable and the people are friendly. Recommend giving them a try. I know I will be back ?

Had a great experience here. It was our 8 month old labrodoodles very first groom and the ladies there took the time to sit and let him get to know them since he was very shy. They had to shave him down due to some mating but he turned out so cute ? will def be back. Thank you ladies ! Gruntz is now so fresh and so clean

Stopped by with no appointment, I just drove in from Ga. Amy, the love of my life would not let me and or my sister cut her nails..they were so long that Amy would chew on them at night.
The woman their were absolutely awesome... I was so Apprehensive, that I was almost overwhelmed. But less than 10 mins, Amy came walking out from the back....and she knew she had been helped.....I am so grateful to the wonderful people at this establishment. Professional!!!, personable!! and care about the animals they service....( you can't fake that)..I know I used up all your battery up on your phone by being so long winded...but there was no way else that I could show my appreciation and admiration to this business...

They did a good job at trimming my dog. However, they are much more expensive than the usual salon I go to, which is several miles away. What bothered me even more was I was told when to expect them to be finished. I got a text stating the pick-up time, which was when I was told they would be done. I waited another 10 minutes, then left. When I got there, I was told they were just finishing up. After about 5 minutes, I was told it would be another hour. As I was leaving, TWO different people told me that they would CALL when they were done. A little over an hour later (and much later than when I was first advised that they would be finished), I got a TEXT stating they were done. I left, ready to get my dog back even if they weren't finished. I paid far too much for all my troubles and left. I will not return.

Ive been to countless groomers around the east valley and after taking my frenchie and boxer here i wont go anywhere else! My dogs tend to stress out at groomers and when I came to pick them up they were so happy that they didnt want to leave! The prices were reasonable and the staff was very compassionate and listened to all of my concerns and requests (regarding my high maintenance frenchie specifically).

I just picked up my dog Ted and they gave him a summer haircut. He was pretty nodded and hair are super overgrown. He needed a lot of work and he looks amazing. They did such a great job. I am so happy with his new cut. They were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs dog grooming for any reason.

Went here for the first time after using a few different groomers in the East Valley. Groomers did a great job with our golden retriever mix. His cut is excellent, and they spent extra time brushing him out and removing his undercoat that was shedding without us asking. The prices are amazing compared to what many in the area charge. Excited we finally found a groomer we'll gladly use repeatedly.
