I liked front desk girls so responsible for their job and polite! The therapists are doing an amazing job , especially since I had an experience with pediatric therapists. Good and clean environment! Staff members are doing great services!

My daughter was diagnosed with torticollis when she was 4 months old and we were recommended to do therapy and I found out about this place and joy was my daughter’s therapist and she is amazing. My daughter love to attend her session with joy, it’s like a play date for my daughter that’s how joy is , so good with kids and doesn’t make you feel like you are here to fix something, my daughter torticollis completely gone. Big thank you to joy and I highly recommend joy and this place to anyone who needs their service.

This place is an amazing establishment that is solely dedicated to helping their clients get better in a safe and friendly environment. Mandi is the best!
They do their very best and they really care and you can tell just from walking in. From the receptionists and especially the physical therapists you feel right at home. I willingly come here even knowing I will be working out ?.

This place IS AMAZING.
I have been to different PT places around 10 years already due to severe scoliosis.
This place offered different PT technic than all other places before.
My therapist is Mansi and she is Great.
Dedicated, never tired and always listen.
I’ve been going there for few months and I highly recommend this place.

It's almost impossible to reach anyone there to make an appointment. My daughter was referred for PT and I have called two days in a row (both yesterday 7/17 and today 7/18) and both days on hold for over 40 minutes before anyone answered! Then, I finally get a hold of someone and there is a big waitlist for peds patients. Not to mention that the physician who referred us is a Northwell provider so they really should accommodate us quicker. If this is foreshadowing their service, I don't think any doctor should be referring patients here!
