Started PT and OT here water a dog attack. Office is extremely clean and sanitary. Good parking the later in the day the better. The front desk staff is amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Clinical staff communicates well and very friendly. They remember all their patients and you never have to double and triple explain. Love going to therapy here.

Excellent service! The facility is clean and the staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. My physical therapist Nicole is amazing!!!! I’ve been a patient at other clinics and I would only recommend STAR as outstanding.

Booked an appointment gave my insurance information arrived today and they looked at me and said you don’t have an appointment today and we don’t have you in for an appointment at all any day!! Office manager was there he went in and spoke to the PT who said OK Joe will see you And then said oh by the way we do not take NYSHIP Insurance anymore But we do take your Medicare, but you have to pay 20% of the bill and it depends on what they do each visit how high the bill will be I said what could it be like $50 a visit he said probably around that. This is unacceptable all around And you would think with three people at the front desk they could get it right And it had taken me two days of calls to try to get them to book my appointment. My husband went there after his surgery. My surgeon asked me to please go there again because he is also part of North well system. Never again and I did let him know already that they are not taking the insurance so he does not recommend stars as three visit a week could cost me $150.

Honestly, my initial consult was great, but my first PT appointment was disappointing. The therapist told me what to do as if she was in a hurry, and then would leave for at least 5-10 min, then come back and give me instructions on what to do again, and then would rush off somewhere else, and I felt pretty upset about this. If I am assigned a physical therapist, I would at least expect them to stay with me to make sure my form is correct and I'm not going to further injur myself, or at least keep count of where I'm at. I ended up pinching a nerve because of this and needless to say, I was upset. Half way through I honestly felt like I could leave and no one would notice. That's how much I felt like there was just no oversight on patients. I canceled the rest of my appointments, I'd rather just find some helpful stretches on YouTube and do them at home than to go back there.

Stars staff are excellent! They are improving my mobility. They are teaching me exercises to do at home to continue my healing journey. The area to workout is clean , but very warm!!Please speak with the landlord about the air-conditioning. I am concerned about the heat wave starting on Tuesday 6/18/24.People going here have medical issues besides me.

I have a great experience with my pelvic therapy. My therapist Soly Tomasino is helping me physically and emotionally with my condition. She is GREAT! The front desk staff are kind and helpful.

Without a doubt the BEST EVER!!! The entire staff is simply incredible, especially Arin,Kelly,&,as I call her, my little cutie Nivie.You won't find a better PT team than Joe & Kat. They are so knowledgeable,attentive, & just wonderful. I absolutely adore them both!!!
