The staff is nice as can be and the doc won't over my dog which never happens. Great place to take your fur baby. They will take very good care of them.

I was very pleased with my entire experience at Northgate. I called to make an appointment for my sweet boy, Sunny the cat. He hasn't been feeling well. They were courteous on the phone and got us in quickly. They put us in a room as soon as we got there. That was important to me because I didn't want Sunny to feel anymore stress or anxiety than necessary. The vet & vet tech were absolutely amazing with Sunny during his exam. They were kind and gentle. I really liked the vet and she was very knowledgeable. I felt like she really listened to my concerns. I would recommend Northgate to anyone needing routine or urgent vet care. They truly have a love for animals.

Northgate has very nice staff. They took great care of my little Bella when she got spayed yesterday. She also had 9 baby teeth pulled! She's only 2.5 lbs but they said she was a trooper. Dr Stahlheber called me before surgery to discuss her baby teeth and Lauren asked how she was doing this morning. They love their dogs! Thank you for taking such great care of my little baby!!

Recently my pet rat became very sick. I live and St. Peters, MO and was having a very hard time finding someone in my area that had knowledge about my pet's care. My niece recommended Northgate as that is where they take their rat babies.
The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and really took good care of my pet. Dr. Kennedy was thorough in both the exam and in explaining the diagnosis. I really felt like they genuinely care about all animals that come to their facility!

If you want a vet that genuinely cares about you & your pet and doesn’t try to guilt you into spending a million dollars, I recommend Northgate. I’ve never had a bad experience. All great people. We’ve been going to them since around 2017.

Northgate treated my three dogs with so much care and gentleness. They were very informative with the conditions one of my dogs had as well as treatment. I am also grateful for how small the hospital is due to how anxious my dogs can become with all of the noise and other animals.

Excellent service and appointment times are met the vast majority of times. I've used Northgate the past 15 years and never second-guessed any treatments or had any complaints. On-line scheduling is also designed for the customer. I choose the date, the time, and the vet for each visit.

I have been using Northgate Small animal hospital since 2005. I have liked all the Vets they have had in all those years. I feel like they really care for their clients. Their prices are reasonable. But most of all I trust all the staff and they have taken great care of all my animals. I will continue to use them as long as I am living in this area.
