Out of all the medical experiences I've had, Northern Rehab Therapy is the best in every way. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, & very friendly. They are genuinely concerned about your welfare & don't treat you like a number. I would highly recommend the Genoa site.

I have been to Genoa facility many times, over the last few years, for different types of therapy. I have had the opportunity to work with several of the therapist there and have been very happy with all of them. They seem to really care about helping me with whatever problems I present to them. The support people there are also a great help when I'm there. The atmosphere is like it's one big family and I am part of it. I have happily recommended them to anyone looking for therapy!

After reading Melissa Payne Wagner’s bio I chose to see her! I’m so grateful for her expertise in treating my pain. She could always find “just the right spot” for hands on treatment to give me relief and used several modalities including dry needling & cupping. Melissa taught me how to follow through on her treatments with exercises at home and I have returned to my previous level of functioning, which was painless, full range of motion! I have been a patient with Northern Rehab for close to thirty years.....All the way back to the Tim Dunlop days. They have taken very good care of me. After three serious surgeries and several injuries, their help got me back to work very quickly.
Mellisa Wagner is my Physical Therapist. She is very knowledgeable and totally dedicated to her patients. She is genuinely concerned about her patients' well being and devoted to helping her patients. I have "observed" Todd Vannetta work with patients while Mellisa was taking care of me. He also is very professional and genuinely concerned about all of his patients.

This is my third visit to Northern Rehab Physical Therapy in Genoa and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and treatment I'm receiving from my therapist Todd in my recovery from surgery. Melissa, Liza, and Rachael are also very professional and helpful. This is a very well run organization and they make it a fun atmosphere to do your therapy with great people. If you need physical therapy, Northern Rehab Physical Therapy is the place to go.

When my doctor put in an order for physical therapy, I was hesitant because I had gone through physical therapy before and did not have good results.
However, this was the first time I have been to Northern Rehab and after meeting with Todd in the Genoa facility and going through physical therapy for two months I have a different perspective on my experience.
Todd was exceptional with his skills. He was kind and very sociable. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly where the location of my pain was. He educated me on the name of the joint and what home exercises to do--something I never learned from my last physical therapy experience.
I never thought I would feel so much better.
Also, Rachael was a sweetheart. She makes your visit very pleasant.
I highly recommend Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists.

Could not ask for better. Wonderful facility, friendly and professional therapists, assistants, techs, etc. Northern Rehab PT never disappoints.

(By the way, can Balance Stations circuits restart yet on Bethany Rd., please? We'll wipe off equipment "gym-member style" and stay distanced properly, etc. if you think it'd work for current guidelines.)
