A wonderful facility staffed by extremely caring personnel. The building also clean and orderly. Always friendly staff that create a true “home” atmosphere. The facility is continuously being maintained and updated. Recent renovations have greatly improved the building overall. The residents are very well cared for as well as their families. The staff has been stable for a long while which means they are a very happy group who work well together. I very much enjoy coming to this facility and consider the staff to be my good friends.

I had the pleasure of attending the Thanksgiving dinner hosted by Northern Oaks for families, and it was a truly memorable experience. The meal was fantastic and cooked to perfection. All of Administration, Directors, Kitchen Staff, Therapy and Nursing Staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed and cared for. It was such a lovely atmosphere, with residents enjoying the meal surrounded by their loved ones. A heartfelt thank you to this AMAZING team at Northern Oaks for making this holiday so special. Highly recommend!!

Recently brought my dad to Northern Oaks and I must say that it was one of our better experiences with these type of facilities.
