I can’t express enough how great my interaction was today. I just got home and wanted to share how great the service was! Long story short, I came into a dog with an extremely overgrown nail that was imbedded in his paw; it was swollen and bleeding. I called and spoke with Ana who was very sweet and encouraging. She said come right in and ask for Jessica. Jessica and the other girls in the shop today were angels! Very empathetic and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop!

This place is a God Send! My partner and I rescued a miniature poodles from LA and are driving the scenic route back and we're getting because the dog started to itch itself constantly.

We looked up a few remedies and figured we would give her an oatmeal bath as soon as we got home to WA. In the mean time though we needed at come to prevent her from biting and itching.

Luckily we happened upon this store and no only did they have the products we needed but also the owner who also owns a pet rescue, was knowledgeable about products and also let us know they have a self service dog wash. So we were able to get a cone, purchase the medicated shampoo and wash and groom her all at the shop! We were so thankful that we were sure to purchase a new coller and engraved tag before continuing on our way.

So thankful for this ship and the work they do!

Always such a nice experience. They clip my dogs nails and do a wonderful job. Very nice and helpful. Love how much they are helping animals. I go there for nail trims, treats and donate when I can.

They have so many varieties of pet food and treats, and all super healthy and cheap! The customer service was fun and nice. And they had many collars and medicines too. They also have a little cage of cats you can go in and pet; they're all real sweethearts ❤

Sold me expired vaccines which I used on my puppies and didn't realize until a month later what had happen. Bought and administered 10-3-24, almost 7 mos past expiration date of 3-20-24...not okay at all!

We went in for the self-service wash for our 2 year old dog. Once she saw what was about to happen, she always gets nervous. Since we were able to hook her collar to a rope hanging on top about the bath area it made it easy for her not to be able to run. Doesn't cost much and makes bathing her way easier.

Took Gus in for a nail appointment ONLY 10$ wow…The customer service the staff The young girl that took care of us was Absolutley amazing i though for sure after are failed attempts she would give up and tell us to leave but she didn't and she continued as calmy and collective as possible dealing with a Crazy dog lol ? but she was a professional and got the job done and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND there services to any one and i will be taking all my pet needs and business to them 10 ⭐️ service vevy helpful and knowledgeable
