I could not be more thankful for Dr. Edward and his staff. TK, Kori, and Kelsey were so helpful and understanding, they helped me figure out financing for my sweet baby’s emergency surgery and treated him and me like family. Dr. Edward did an amazing job on the surgery and was so knowledgeable and kind. If you want a vet’s office that will treat your fur baby like one of their own, this is the place for you. So incredibly grateful for their teamwork, kindness, and professionalism. You can tell this is genuinely just a great group of people with good hearts! North Springs Animal Clinic, you guys ROCK.

Best vet I’ve ever had. The dr took so much time and gave me so much information about the proper way to take care of my 3 year old King Charles caviler spaniel. He made a plan to keep her healthy and even cleaned her teeth. I think for the above and beyond service received the price was fair. Learned a lot today and it was appreciated.

I'm surprised this place has so many positive reviews. in fact, I took my cats here because of an especially glowing review one of my neighbors left.

I was instructed before my cats' visit to get a urine sample from one of them because he has a history of crystals and blockages and requires special food. the staff weren't very helpful at telling me *how* to get a urine sample, but I figured it out with the help of a friend.

my cats' appointment at North Springs was last Friday. the vet said she should have the urine test results on Monday. I've tried calling twice this week. the first time I requested a call back and never got it. the second time, I left a message, still no call back. I understand it's Thanksgiving week, but Google says y'all are open. I just want to know if my son is ok.

also during the visit, they had to separate my cats because one of them was being especially grumpy. they took him into another room and I got the feeling I wasn't supposed to go back with him. they said all they did was take his vitals and vaccinate him, but he wasn't the same for days afterwards. he was growling and hissing at my other cat, wasn't purring, etc. I've never had him react like that after a vet visit.

probably won't be back.

Dr Edward has been the vet for my two cats, and two previous cats, for a couple of decades. He is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind to the animals he treats. I have total confidence in his abilities.

I took my cat to this place on october 25th because I called them and told them that my cat couls be constipated, they advised me that it could be a life threatening action illness that he's experienced, and it could be a blockage when I get to this location which they told me to come early because they close at three p m.Which is not the case. I get there and they told me that my cat needed a $3500 procedure which I didn't have so they're only my other choice was to put him down. I paid $200 to have him put down and I had to give my baby a hug and kiss for the last time and leave him up there because they told me that he's getting so bad that he wouldn't even live through the night.. Thank goodness, my mom checked another location that said. That he didn't need that procedure. It was adult procedure and all he had to do was be drained. and placed on a urinary diet. which he wasn't misdiagnosed that they were trying to give him the incorrect procedure. I don't know if it was a money grab or what but also I went to go get a refund after I collected my cat and took him to a different location. And I only got refunded a $137. They told me the full thing was just the 200 plus the $91 for The Visit which I understood. I couldn't get back, but I didn't.
I understand why they didn't break the pricing up correctly. When I went back to get got the refund as well. I was told they don't close that 3, any day of the week they close at 6. ih ave suffered an extreme amount of grief for that 3 hour time frame that I thought my cat was being put down. I'm really gonna have to seek therapy after this.
They were in the process of euthanizing him when I went up there to pick him back up. They were gonna let my cat die because of mistaken procedure. and no apologies
