I bring my cat here and I think they are great. She's a spicy little one but they are very understanding. You can email them or call them and they will return your call within a day. I've never waited longer than 24 hours to get a response from them (except maybe when they have to outsource testing work). My cat has really bad anxiety and they have been extremely helpful figuring out what medications to put her on. When her meds got a too pricey, they didn't mind sending it to the human pharmacy and helping me fill it there. All in all, very communicative which I really appreciate. My only complaint is that it is hard to get an appointment for day of emergencies. But I get it, they are busy! I think their pricing is pretty fair too. When we had to run a lot of tests, the vet was clear on the prices before we went forth and I felt that was a really nice gesture. Great staff!

Our first visit to this vet, even though they were scheduling out a few months they were able to get us in sooner because we had a concerning issue. They were very warm and caring, very professional. And the charges were very reasonable. They were even able to squeeze in a quick follow-up for another issue. Dr. Carpenter is wonderful, and we trust her more after the initial visits than we did our former vet who we saw for years. Staff is great too. Wonderful animal hospital.

I liked it here. It my first visit since rescuing 2 kittens. They made it very simple for me and as comfortable as possible for the cats. If I were to stay in the area I would be looking forward to a long relationship with them. I'm hope I'm as lucky in Massachusetts.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new vet. My golden doodle was being treated for a sprain and needed to have her splint changed every two weeks. Her former vet is over an hour away and I needed someone local. Once they found out she was injured, they refused to let us join the practice and told us to continue with our former vet until she was healed. I explained she would need to go every two weeks for the next 8 weeks and I couldn’t make that trip. They wouldn’t accept her.
I called Good friends vet and they took her in, no questions asked.

We switched to this Hospital and it has been great for our pets. The staff is great. Our one dog hates going to the Vet. Niantic Animal Hospital staff is very gentle with our pooch, and keeps her calm. Love this place!
