This facility is very clean and organized happy and bright atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff comfortable rooms. I liked the outdoor garden seating area, which I thought was inviting. This was only my first visit. I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to walk around and observe other Visitor waiting areas.

The main entrance look worn and dated but the front desk security is very pleasant and helpful. the patient floor is very modern bright and new love the patient rooms. But I must agree with another viewer about the 2 floor attendant the staff is very cold and distant I was told that every 20-30 min someone would check on the patient and on several days I've sat there with my brother and didn't see a face for hours I've never witness a medical staff like this floor. I feel for the patient that can't do for themselves you ask the RNA a question they look at you like how dare you. When the head nurse and nurse supervisor speak with you they assure you of great care but for reason the staff didn't get the memo. Because that 2 FLOOR STAFF needs extensive Bedside manner trainings.

Today is June 8th,2023, and my husband, mom and I went to visit my Uncle at your facility for the first time. From the warm reception we received from the front desk to the sign on recognition board, to the nurses on staff directing us to my Uncle's room was very pleasant. Although my Aunt and cousin were there, he seemed to be happy. He told us about the therapy he's received and that's what he's there for.
Looking forward to a continued positive productive experience and care for my Uncle.
Thank you so much,
Doris Figueroa Anderson

I found a genuine caring and concern to be lacking in a majority of the staff. Some even verbalized how the patients were trouble makers who only wanted to jeopardize the workers' jobs.
There were a few workers on each shift who were angels in how they related to the patients.
I found the administrators to be unreachable. When faced with a problem, the department heads showed up, but they represented the wrong department. My issue was with transportation & outside appointments. The nursing supervisors responded.
