My father was sent to New Summit to receive extended treatment for an infection, following a hospital stay. His care has been excellent. I'm super impressed by the warm, friendly facility. It is clean, inviting, and provides a calm atmosphere for patients to walk thru the healing process. My dad has been treated with kindness and compassion. The staff we've encountered have been professional yet empathetic - very impressive!

Although New Summit is an absolutely gorgeous facility (modern and cozy - a combo that is hard to pull off!), the staff are what truly make this place shine! I have consistently witnessed nursing go above and beyond to check in and meet the needs of their guests. The therapy department has access to the best equipment (some of which I’ve never seen before), which they thoughtfully use get results. I love how much time they spend explaining what they are doing and why. What’s more is you can tell the leadership team actually cares. They smile and make it a fun environment! Keep up the great work, New Summit! You are doing it right. Would happily recommend your services to anyone.

Beautiful and well maintained facility. The staff was professional, but so caring and compassionate to our whole family, during what was a difficult time for us. Questions were answered thoroughly and everything was approached with a sensitivity and attitude of a loving family. I recently stayed at new Summit rehabilitation and healthcare in Arlington Heights, from the moment I walked into the door the place was clean and smelled amazing. The staff was friendly, especially the welcome center-they made sure that I had everything I needed from start to finish, nursing was kind and compassionate, and Therapy took their time to ensure that I was ready prior to discharge. I would come back again, although I feel that I am strong enough I won’t have to, but would recommend to any friends or family looking to feel their best. I am a Ukrainian soldier who sustained a serious injury during combat operations in my homeland. A bullet shattered my spine, and now my body is supported by a special metal structure.

I want to express my deep gratitude to the staff at the New Summit rehabilitation center. Over the past 2.5 years, I have gone through numerous medical facilities and met many doctors, nurses, and physical therapists. During this time, I underwent 42 surgeries. However, I have never experienced such attentive, compassionate, and professional care from the medical staff, physical therapists, and administration as I have here. New Summit provides ideal conditions for severely injured patients. Thanks to the dedication and support of these wonderful people, I have made significant progress in my recovery after my recent, challenging spinal surgeries.

The staff is wonderful very friendly, and professional. The facility is extremely clean and recently transformed. The entire Team is very eager to make your stay or visit a pleasant experience. They provide Top-Notch gym, outstanding physician's, highly skilled nursing staff occupational and speech therapists. Patient's receive excellent care.
