I was in Florida visiting from New Jersey when my Frenchie, Eevee got something in her eye while playing. I didn’t even call, saw the office was open and went, they got us in and within 1/2 hour my girl was being seen by Dr. Erdman and vet Tech Brittany. Everyone in the office was kind, helpful and explained everything thoroughly, what needed to be done to correctly diagnose the injury, the cost and aftercare. Thank you so much, eye injuries can be quite serious and I am thankful for your professionalism and obvious care for the animals. She has a follow-up on Monday with her home vet, will keep you posted!

Wonderful! Staff was so good to my dog Sampson. He is afraid and aggressive bcz of past trauma and they treated him with the utmost care and respect. They are very knowledgeable about their care and about any issues my dog had. We were new and so I didn’t know what to expect…They treated us with kindness and let us make the choices on what to do after they told us the options. Also, gave us estimates on certain care so that my husband and I could make reasonable decisions. Would recommend to friends and family!

My 7 year old collie became lethargic and lost interest in food, even cheese! This was only a matter of a couple hours and I immediately took her to the Emergency animal hospital, near me. I suspected pyometra and they confirmed my fear. They wanted almost $9,000. They told me I caught it in time, so I could take her home that night and ask my primary the next morning. My primary didn't have a surgeon, so I had to look online and call around. This facility told me to head to their office immediately and Dr. Bailey had her into surgery asap. They did the surgery at a fraction of the price. We are so glad we got her in when we did, her uterus was very infected and filled with fluid. It's the next day, she's sleepy but she's actually eating now! I'm so thankful for this office and their staff!

I have been taking my dog Chloe to Dr Erdman for 3 years now. I’ve always had a reasonable experience with staff & all. Lately the service has sky rocketed in my eyes. I Recently added a new dog to our family and she was seeing another vet for a little while through her puppy stages and now I needed them in a quick emergency as I was having problems getting the appointment with the other vet. They took my new Jewels right in, they gave her the upmost respect and attention, and Dr. Erdman treated Jewels like one of her own. They treat the pets right in front of you. They treat them with respect and with love and caring as if they were their own pets. I can’t say enough good things about my experience today and how amazing they treated my new Julie I’m so excited that now both my dogs are at the same vet and I have a lot of faith in this hospital, doctor and in the staff there.

Our fur babies are our family, and I think at Dr. Erdman’s office they realize that.

We have been coming here for 3 years now for our cat and every single doctor and nurse we have had so far has been nothing less than AMAZING. Recently we have been seeing Dr. Reno and he is wonderful! They are truly caring, sweet and really takes the time to explain everything in great detail and answer all of our questions with patience. Thank you so so much!

After a 14 drive to compete in the AKC NOHS Finals, Archie quickly found out about the local insects and got several bites on his underside. In a frantic search, I lucked upon New Smyrna Beach Animal Medical Center. The staff was fantastic and without hesitation got him in to be seen. I’m highly grateful they took the time to get in a complete stranger. Two other of the area vets told me no. Dr. Raven Ferullo DVM and her staff came to the rescue. CH GrCH UCH IntCH Menusha’s Timeless Braveheart FDC DCAT ATT FITB aka Archie, went on to win breed and competed in the National Owner Handled Terrier Group! THANK YOU again for your compassion and dedication to the animals the walk through your door.

About a year ago, you saved my cats life and your follow up care was exceptional. He recently had his yearly check up and he’s doing fantastic. You always answer questions and it’s obvious that you truly care about your animal patients.

I have used this vet since moving to the area a couple years ago, and I was generally happy with their service but unfortunately will no longer be using them, as when we asked for a basic one page dock stating the pets had been vaccinated and free of parasites for a trip was told they won't help as they don't do health certificates I further explained this is not a official health certificate and doesnt require usda endorsement and provided document but she wouldn't even budge took hard stance of we don't do health certificates. ai understand there are added requirements to doing official usda one, but this was a simple form not an official document that takes special endorsement.

Luckily called another vet who also originally stated they didn't do health certificates, but quickly checked with vet when they realized this was not true health certificate when I sent was able to get our dog in and will be our go forward vet, since this will be a need with us having a 2nd home in Bahamas.

Would of been nice if the reception actually checked with vet as I felt this was a pretty basic ask and no additional consideration was given
