I found the doctor from a friend and I am extremely pleased with the care my cat Aurora receives! Also the techs and office staff are wonderful! Our experience with New Hope Pet Hospital has been wonderful, and we’re so grateful for the care they provided to our puppies. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel like family, welcoming us with smiles and treating our little one with such gentle care. I'm new to the area and needed an appointment in a timely manner. New Hope was able to schedule an appointment the next day. From the Vet and to the Staff, everyone is super friendly. They were awesome with my lite furbaby!

Today was our first visit to New Hope for a yearly and to address some allergy issues. Brutus is not animal friendly but is cool with people, his continuous bark at everything makes him a very intimidating 70lbs pit pup!! The entire office staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr Simoneaux was very pleasant, he listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to tackle Brutus’s allergies. So far my experience has been great thus the 5 ?

The staff and veterinarian were so sweet and welcoming. As soon as I walked in for the first time, I was cheerfully greeted and assisted. The vet and his assistant were so gentle with my dog. They were reassuring him, being careful but thorough in the examination and had excellent knowledge. This is the first vet office I've been to that genuinely cares about people's pets. They didn't rush me out the door and they listened to my questions. They really have your pet's well-being in mind, and don't force any unnecessary treatments or push products on you. Will definitely continue coming here.

My daughter has taken her cats here for the past few years. Always a pleasant experience. I recently came in with my son and his cat who was having some nasty skin issues. Possibly a allergic reaction to changing her food. We were seen right away. Dr and staff were pleasant. The cat was given two shots and within 48 hours was feeling a lot better. It’s been about a week and her skins completely healed ?
