Una mala experiencia el trato q tienen con los pasientes es pésima. Tengo a mi madre y me rompe el corazón escucharla llorando y gritando de dolor y uno llama y simplemente no les interesa igual hemos pedido un traslado y nada no lo dan. 😭😭😭😭😭

Si pudiera les daría 0.MI madre esta allí por necesidad y aunque he tratado de hacer transfer se nos ha hecho imposible.Todos son de lo últimos los managers no les importa las quejas .Empezando por el director que no le interesa nada ..Ms.Israel.Ms.Taffer ..Mis Joseph.etc.y todos los de administración no les interesa nada .Uno se queja y no resuelven nada .El personal es rudo y he visto maltrato hasta verbal a los residentes A excepción de una o si acaso dos de las que las cuidan o asean son malas la mayoría y no las asean.Mi madre se cayo y ni me llamaron lo hizo el hijo de una paciente a pesar de que desde que entro pedimos alarma .La comida le dan lo que no pude comer .las tienen sucias y todas tienen actitud horrible. Una de las que las cambia le dijoe la palabra F a mi mamá y ellos no hacen nada.Y los trata mal a los residentes se llama Evelyn.y así como ella he sido testigo de maltratos que nunca pudiera terminar de escribir ..Solo espero sacarla a mi madre .Ese lugar es más que una pesadilla .Nunca las chequean.a las que los cambian y pasean parece que solo les interesa el dinero
El peor de los lugares desde los administradores hasta las que le dan medicina que a pesar que mi mamá no puede tragar se la dan entera gracias a Dios yo he estado de lo contrario me la hubieran matado.Voy a llamar a reportarlos con el estado.Es una pesadilla y nunca terminaría .Ellos lo que tienen es un warehouse de personas mayores y nos les importa su bienestar.Le pido a Dios que algún día llegue la justicia ..La comida y el maltrato y el abandono es triste en ese lugar.

At first my mother was very good here, and the service was good, but recently it was very bad, it was terrible, four people lived in one room, and my mother lived in front of the toilet. I came over several times to ask the nurses and nurses to change my mother's diapers , I'm ignoring me or saying I'm going to get off work. I'll wait here for 2 hours and no one will come. I'll report on such a thing, how do you know?

Do not send your loved ones here! The nurses don't know what they're doing. My dad was sent here after leaving the hospital because he had a PEG tube. He is now healthy other than having the PEG tube and needing to be cleared by the speech therapist to consume food. He was at this place for less than 24 hours and they messed up everything! The beds were uncomfortable, it was so indented that he couldn't even roll himself around. They had to inflate the bed during the day so they had him sitting for 2-3hrs on a chair which he didn't have the strength to do. They ended up putting him in a chair/bed for the 2-3hrs so he was more comfortable. When they needed to start the PEG feeding, his nurse was uneducated. The PEG has 3 ports and the nurse could not fit the syringe into the middle port so they forced it, which caused the PEG tube to slip out of place. Originally the outer portion was touching his stomach, but they ended up pulling the tube out by an inch which is a lot! Another nurse who stated they had 17 years of experience came to help and whipped out a SCOSSIOR attempting to cut the line! In which we refused and requested for him to be sent to the hospital. Somewhere among the chaos, the nurse attempted to flush the PEG tube to make sure it was ok, but we heard an audible "pop". After arriving at the hospital, it was determined that the PEG tube was misplaced and the nurse popped the balloon that was holding the tube in place. My dad was in so much pain after even with the smallest touch and they still attempted to "fix" the situation by cutting it or whatever. I KNOW that we learn at least the bare minimum about PEG tubes in nursing school. Or at least the nursing home should teach their nurses the proper way on how to care for patients with these medical equipment. I would not trust any of my loved ones in this nursing home.

My wife is in there right now. I have no choice because my preferred facility doesn't have a bed. She's had to make several trips back to the hospital. I asked whats her treatment plan and they looked at me like I had two heads! They will just let your loved ones lie there all day. They do next to nothing, It's a stinking warehouse.

My visits at the New Franklin Center for Rehabilitation are always pleasant. The staff is nice and helpful and what makes me happiest is that my sister is well cared for. I leave the place with a smile. I am grateful for the support that my sister receives here. Shout out to her aide for providing warm care!

My mother recently passed, but spent the last 5 weeks of her life in palliative care at New Franklin. From day one, we were given all the info needed to make sure the rules and expectations of her stay were clearly communicated to us. We found the staff to be warm and courteous. Any questions we had regarding my mother was met with staff (from the Admin, nurses, personnel that keeps my mom clean), that are both knowledgeable and caring. This means so much to us who are worried about wanting my mom to have the best of care especially when she is unable to communicate herself. We have nothing but positive experiences at New Franklin. The staff are so warm and efficient in helping my mom and us. We are so grateful to New Franklin. By the way, the facility is kept very clean!
