This year has been a very difficult year to say the least. But when we was no longer able to care for a family member at home she was admitted to New Eastwood. The Admission director Tina was very helpful and made the transition less stressful. New Eastwood has been very accommodating when we couldn’t take my sister home for thanksgiving they let us bring thanksgiving to her! We had access to a private room where we was able to enjoy a thanksgiving meal and even play a few games after dinner! When you’re sick it’s hard being away from home and your love ones. But honestly it felt just like any other holiday because we was together! Thank you to all the staff at New Eastwood my family is grateful for you all!

Please don't go to or send a loved one to this place. I went there and signed myself out in less than 12 hrs. The bed the put me in didn't work so a maintenance guy picked up the end of the bed and blocked it up so it would be raised. I needed a walker to go to the rest room but they wouldn't give me one and didn't offer any assistance. The man next to me called for assistance for the restroom and they told him they'd be there soon, he wet his bed and they left him lay in it for hours. This was during the pandemic but my experience was ridiculous.

I spent 6 months at this facility, and I must say that the staff members, from the CNA's, nurses, doctors, therapists, and everyone else treated me like a family member of their own. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my stay at the facility. People should understand that sometimes they're understaffed, and you just have to be patient, but believe me, they will take care of you regardless. To the wonderful staff at New Eastwood, I'd like to say THANK YOU, and best wishes to everyone.

New eastwood is a great place to work and bring your love ones to get proper care. The staff is very generous and genuine. They help as much as they can. Also the facility is super clean, which is a plus.
