Had an emergency with our bird the night before was able to call in the morning. Got in didn’t have to wait was seen. Took great care of our bird checked him out thoroughly and he is doing fantastic and on his road to recovering. *Update he unfortunately passed away yesterday morning unexpectedly our family is devastated.*

I have been taking my pets to Naperville animal Hospital for check ups and grooming for years.This is the first time we had problems in Grooming. I took my 3 dogs to get groomed by Gaby and after the visit they're not acting like themselves. We never had issues with the groomers but after this appointment I questioning if I want continue having my dogs get groomed here. They are usually full of energy and happy but now they seem depressed, anxious, and guarded like they might not been taking care of properly and they're refusing to eat, drink and would rather sleep .2 out of 3 dogs has one of their eyes closed shut. I called once to tell them about the first dog , they said I can comeback so I did to get my dog eyes checked and they said to keep watching her and let them know if anything worsens but said she seems fine. Then after driving 40 mins to get home I notice my other dog is doing the same thing I called and they said to observe her and if anything worsens bring them back tomorrow morning because the doctor were already leaving. I had to shower my dogs after getting groomed to see if their eyes would open. They went from having their eyes close to barely being open. I just want to make sure my dogs are being taken care of properly. I pay for pet care plans for my 4 fur babies and I pay over $250 for grooming services every month or so. I just want to make sure my dogs are okay and well taken care of. I don't know why this is happening to them in the first place. The photo below is after I showered one of my dogs.
UPDATE after 3 hours leaving Naperville animal hospital all 3 dogs have an infection in one of their eyes. It's red and have a mucus coming out of the corner, 2 of them in the right eye and 1 has it in the left

Our Pitie girl Aphrodite needed emergency surgery and they were able to get her in immediately..They kept us updated and were very helpful and answered all of our questions..Price was great too since the surgery we were looking at was going to be a lot more at other places..I highly recommend!

Thank you to everyone at Naperville Animal Hospital for their kindness and expert care for my two kittens. One of the vets even got down on the floor to examine them on their level, as they were a bit nervous. The spay and neuter went very well and my babies came home happy. We had a great first visit here this week. We have been looking for a vet since moving back to the area and I think we found it.

We brought our shepherd in for a wellness check. We conveniently scheduled online and were able to electronically transfer our vet records. We arrived five minutes early and were checked in and seen promptly on time. For a routine visit we arrived and were in and out in about 30 minutes. All staff - from front desk to the vet techs and the vet - were all pleasant and professional. The fees were comparable to other markets.

I noticed that they're VERY busy! (Congratulations to them!) We had an early morning appointment and by the time we were leaving the lobby was full and there was a check-in line out the door. If you can pre-book your visit (barring emergencies), do it.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mirabella. She was amazing. The practice accepted walk-in and were able to help me with my pet. Will definitely recommend this facility and will come back if need be.
