BEWARE: This might be the most cliche review but nothing but the TRUTH and appreciation can be found on the following lines:

We contacted Dede about a month after bringing our puppy Jace home. He was around 4 months old at that time and his nails had started to get stuck whenever he scratched due to how matted he was. He’s my first puppy and due to inexperience I was unable to get him used to daily grooming; he hated anything that had to with it. However, it all changed when Dede came into the picture. Dede manage to book me in after a phone call and within 2 days she came home to give Jace his first ever grooming. All throughout she was very informative and Jace’s physical/emotional condition was the most important thing for her. She managed to shave him as quick and safe as she could since this was definitely a bad first experience for any puppy and that’s only on me to blame. However, Dede made it all 1000% times better than I could had possibly imagined it. After going through his body, Dede thought it was best to stop and come back within a week to finish off his face since he was already pretty nervous from all the shaving.

After a week she came back and Jace was definitely more comfortable around her and got even excited when he saw Dede come through our door. She proceeded to work on his face and even gave me some tips on how I could do it myself. At this point, Jace still needed me around or otherwise he would get too nervous and cry/try to get off the table. Once done, we decided we would do a full body (face, feet, sanitary) plus ear hair plucking in two weeks.

On her third visit, we decided I was going to step out and see how Jace would react by staying with Dede only. It was no surprise when she managed to get him all done within 30 minutes with no pup crying or trying to jump off the table. I only had to step in to assist Dede when it came to the ear hair plucking which she did under 5 minutes to avoid stressing out my puppy.

We now have Dede come in once a month to groom Jace and he absolutely loves her. Anytime she comes in through the door he can tell the pack leader stepped in. No words could express how happy I am with Dede’s services and how much appreciation both Jace and I have towards her.

There’s no going back to a World with no Dede!

I recently (three days ago) had a very bad experience with the groomer I have used for ten years. My dog was injured and we spent 4 hours in our local pet emergency department. I felt so bad for my dog and am deciding what to do. Called Dede because I have followed her videos for years, and she is only an hour away and I would love to have her be our groomer. I left a message about what happened. Not only did she call me back, she gave great advice on how to best help my dog and how to proceed going forward. The groomer that caused the injury has not even called me back and I have left two messages. Thank you Dede.

I emailed Dede yesterday morning and had a response in less then 18 hours! WOW!!!! Not only did Dede respond, but she gave me a detailed email along with links suggesting what items would help with trimming/grinding my girls nails. In addition, she posted a very detailed video! You are amazing Dede! Thank you so much! My girls are not aggressive babies, but are shy and timid and don't like noises and/or vibrations.

Dede shares quite a bit of her past experiences Through her YouTube, and personal interactions. While it is hard to find a groomer who will groom and show you how to groom an aggressive dog, or a dog with bad past experience, Dede Fits the bill for many people. She is definitely all about showing you how to help your pet, and not at all about blaming or shaming! Love My Favorite Groomer!

Dede was absolutely amazing all around! I had a hard time finding someone who grooms felines and then I finally found my favorite groomer on yelp and I reached out in hopes that she could take me on as a new client and she was able to set up an appointment for my cat the very next day which was a miracle! Dede also gave me some great advice on how to find the right groomer and who is a good fit for you and your babies. Her space was clean and very quiet which was good for a timid cat. She let me assist on the groom where I could hold my cat for her so that my cat felt safer and more trusting with a new place and people. We ended up doing a full body shave as well as a toe trim and quick wash. I can already tell my baby feels so much better and that makes me happy. so so grateful for Dede!

I reached out to Dede to inquire about grooming my 6 mo old schnauzer and trimming the nails of my 4 year old American Bully. Hands down one of the most incredible experiences I've had with a groomer. To say that she went above and beyond would be a total understatement! Dede's communication is the best and this includes general advice for upkeeping for the dogs in between grooming sessions, as well as dog behavior best practices. She is incredible knowledgeable, honest and respectful.

My family was blown away by her personality and her love for what she does. I knew from the start that my Pups were in great hands!

She delivered an incredible first true groom for my schnauzer and my family and I absolutely loved it.

She also successfully trimmed the nails of my 80lb bully. Who usually wiggled his way out of those sessions. Something that I've struggled to find someone to do for the past several years.

Having experienced her top-notch service, I know my dogs have found their forever groomer!

My husband and I just adopted a pup from Dede a few days ago. We have been stunned by how great her behavior is but also how physically healthy she is as well. This dog feels like an answered prayer for me and Dede has been absolutely incredible to us. My dog needs to get Spayed and Dede got her an appointment for the next week. If I would have scheduled it, the appointment would have been two months out. She came to my apartment to drop off a shedding brush for Pink and clipped her nails real fast for me. She truly loves her dogs for each of their individual personalities. I feel so thankful that Pink had an owner like her who took such good care of her. I feel very blessed.

I literally can’t say enough about Dede! I have searched high and low for a groomer that specializes in grooming small senior dogs and could not find one! People tell you they have experience and they can do it, but none ever came through. I was the pet parent that did the drop off and was called right back; this happened several times. I’ve had groomers not return my calls and even had her put to sleep so she could be groomed. I’ve followed Dede for about 2 years now and I regret not going to her then. However, after my dogs first groom with her, I’ll NEVER take my dog anywhere else. Finding Dede was such a blessing and a relief. She is an Angel, she cares, is VERY experienced, and she knows what she’s doing. I was in the room with her and my pet and I can honestly say Dede does not make enough for what she does. I’m telling you watch her YouTube videos, they’re enlightening and educational. If you have an aggressive dog, an aging dog, or one that’s both, Dede is your answer. This groom was done without sedatives, it was just Dede working a miracle. Please see the before and after photos. She’s not good at what she does, she’s GREAT at it!
