I have boarded my cat turbo with them
For a long period of time! They took excellent care of him! Most recently I had to board my dog Chewbacca with them and he is well cared for and when I pick him up his tail is awake wagging and he seems happy to see me but also sad to leave. I trust the folks here, Kristen is amazing. John too. I plan to use their services again soon!

John and Kristen were very accommodating to a last-minute need for boarding for my two dogs. The pricing rate is very fair and I appreciated the military/veteran discount. Also, on the day of pick-up I let them know I would be a little late due to congested traffic coming back from SoCal, and it was not a problem with them at all. Strongly recommend, will be coming back the next time Ben and Leo need boarding.

We have been taking our 11yo Golden Mix, Lucas here for more than five years and at this point he prefers Mt Diablo Pet Care than home. The staff treats him like he's family. Tina in particular goes above and beyond (even gave him a Christmas stocking last year). We have kids and busy lives so not having to worry about our first baby when we are away is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVE the personal attention that Mt. Diablo Pet Care provides to our dogs! John, Tina, and Kristen are personable, genuine, and are true animal lovers! They take the time to play and get to know your pets and you get the same consistent care with each visit. We are always confident our pups are in great hands!

Please do your research. This is the same owner as Northgate Kennels- just a new name. Kennels should be condemned. Know where your pet is staying. This place is not habitable or safe.

Have been boarding dogs there for two decades. Always very friendly. Dogs pleased that get there. Want their breakfast before they will leave with us when we pick them up.
