They were able to answer all our questions as our last vet it was difficult to even get a return phone call from them. She loves going to see them and we enjoy the care they give her

Warning!!! Stay away from their Puppy Paw Plan!

I was drawn in by the promise of a better option for vaccines and visits for $499 with monthly payments. However, they don't mention that you'll still end up paying for each puppy visit. I paid $35-$50 every time I took my dog in for her shots. When I canceled my plan and missed a payment because my card was canceled, I was hit with an additional $120 in late fees. Instead of working with me, they sent my account to collections!

Additionally, their spay/neuter services cost $750, even with the supposed Paw Plan. This plan feels like a scam. You could end up ruining your credit by participating, or you’ll find yourself paying $499 for nothing, as visits and vaccines are not actually free! You have been warned!

The staff here is amazing. I sadly had to put my dog to sleep yesterday and they were able to get me in quickly even though I’d never been there before. They were so professional, caring, compassionate and reassuring through the whole thing. They did everything they could to make a horrible situation a positive experience.

Mtn Ridge is thorough, caring, and figured out issues with my dog’s diet and skin. They are reasonably priced and provide an insurance option. I’m grateful we found them and the caring vets there.

This vet is a solid 30-40 min drive for us which has changed since we have moved. We kept going there because we felt that they had out pets history and would have more insights into their health. After the last two visits I can not recommend strongly enough to avoid this establishment. They got almost everything wrong on the adoption paper work didn't seem to know how to work with the adoption agency and the vets bedside manner was condescending and rude. The last straw was after driving 40 minutes to get to an appoint there and arriving 14 minutes late because of construction traffic we were told we would have to reschedule and come back meaning another 2 hoursout of our day for them, instead of spending the 5 minutes to give her the 2 sets shots she need and send us on our way. I get we were late and would have happily had a seat until they could fit us in but that was never offered. Instead we were told they would need reschedule a 30 minute visit, 10-20 minutes of which they would just keep us waiting in the room and then spend maybe 5 minutes with the dog. I'm done and will no longer give any of my money or time to this business. If it's close and convenient for you best of luck to you.

Had to take in my dog for a blood draw. While the staff at MRAH aren’t Fear Free certified, they did a fantastic job of letting me help my dog stay relaxed, and they moved at her pace of readiness rather than just doing whatever it took to get the job done quickly (and the appointment still only took 10 minutes). We’ve always had really good experiences with all of our visits, whether for veterinary services or daycare. The staff and doctors are caring, compassionate & always take the time to educate and answer questions. And most importantly my pup loves them & is always excited to see everyone!
