Visiting family from NJ and needed to find a groomer on short notice. Mod Dog was so accommodating, kind and professional - Holger kept me updated throughout the whole appointment and Pamela did a wonderful job with my furbaby…can’t recommend enough! This will be our go-to spot the next time we are in the area!

I love mod dog grooming. I have been going here for years. First I brought my dog Jules and now my dog Woody. They do an amazing job. They are really caring and take their time grooming each dog. I would recommend them to anyone. My dog Jules loved them and now my dog Woody loves them too. Woody comes in and wags his tail every time he has a grooming appointment. I always feel going there. Both Jules and now Woody always look so handsome. I would definitely recommend them.

From setting the grooming appointment through being greeted when we arrived the experience was flawless. The groomer was an absolute delight and did a fantastic job on my 14 year old havanese. She made him feel comfortable and look so handsome. The owner is so accommodating and made us feel that he appreciated our business. The entire experience was amazing. I highly recommend this wonderful business.

I love this place!! Holger and the staff are wonderful very caring and they do an amazing job. I recently brought my 11-year-old rescue toy poodle in for her very first haircut and she came out so beautiful and they were so kind and careful with her it really makes you feel comfortable knowing they’re in such good hands. They also text you while your fur baby is there and keep you updated with pictures and how they’re doing so it’s very reassuring. I highly recommend Mod Dog Salon for all of your grooming needs.

Everyone at Mod Dog groomers are amazing. My dog had a bad experience at PetSmart, I learned about this when I tried to take him to get groomed again at PetSmart he had a whole anxiety attack he started shaking, drooling, and panting really harder than usual, I still don’t know what happened but I trust his judgement; from then I had to bathe him myself. When I went to Mod Dog groomers I had to have an appointment, but they said I should let him come in and get familiarized with the environment. He resisted at first, but he didn’t have a whole anxiety attack like he did at PetSmart. So, once he got inside he started wagging his tail, he was still shy, but he was wagging his tail which was a good sign. Once he got familiarized with the environment, we booked an appointment the next day and he went in the next day and they took good care of Pepe. Holger sent me a picture of when the groomers were bathing him and he just let them do everything to him which was great.

We brought our lab, Cody today to Mod Dog Salon and I cannot be more impressed and happy. The owners are so very kind and loving and super accommodating. Our boy is not a fan of going to the groomers and especially hates nail trims. They did such an amazing job with him today! He looks and smells awesome and his pedicure is perfect. He was happy when I picked him up and looked care free. They even sent him home with a wedding bandana & a silk black tie for Cody to wear at our upcoming wedding. We will be lifelong clients. I highly recommend Mod Dog for your pets. What an amazing experience from beginning to end. PS. I never write reviews but the owners deserve so much praise. Thanks y’all!!

An absolutely exceptional experience at Mod Dog! My two girls are 12 and I researched 6-7 different places before deciding to book my appointment for their haircuts. One of my babies unfortunately had very bad hair knots and I was scared to let anyone groom her. She also has glaucoma which made me even more weary. The groomer at Mod dog made them both feel very comfortable and we’re super gentle with my girls. Neither of them had a scratch from the close shave and we’re both very happy. In the past they have seemed stressed after the groomers but that wasn’t the case at all after their visit to Mod Dog. Very thankful I found this location and grateful that I have somewhere I can trust with my girls in the future. Thank you!! The before and after pics are below!!

BEST Groomers EVER!!! The only place I take my Cavalier King Charles and he loves it too. Totally recommend to all friends and family. Thanks for being so caring to my furry baby. Paws up!!!
