Apparently the whole 5 day hold only applies when its convenient for the shelter. We were told a dog we were interested in would be available for adoption after her 5 day holding period and to call Monday. I called early Monday morning and wouldn't you know it she had bee adopted out. I'm glad she found a home but seems a little sketchy.

I am surprised that a facility called Animal Control is a Dog Only shelter. They do not deal with felines whatsoever. The employee was helpful as to who I can contact in the area. No thanks to the folks who like to dump there pets on the outskirts of town at our property instead of seeking humane solutions like fixing them!

Lady on the phone just told me that best thing we can do to find a new home for a senior dog in our care is euthanize him.. She said nobody wants senior dogs and they never get adopted and we should just euthanize him.. What a real bunch of compassionate animal loving individuals you have down there..

Super friendly and understanding. Sent someone out right away when questionable dog got loose. I live close to schools with lots of kids walking around so had to call to be sure no one got hurt.

The worst you can expect had a friends dog go missing in the night went to the shelter first thing in the morning and they already had my friends dog on site to be adopted he had a chip but they didn’t care said next time there was a 80 dollar fee to get him out.

Was told to call about dogs attacking people and they keep hanging up on me they won't do anything about these dog attacking people about to report them
