The staff is awesome , super patient and SO friendly . Not to mention very reasonably priced . Our pups don’t mind going to get groomed a bit when we take them ! They allow you to hold / sit with your pet while they’re having their toes done or even some other services , which I love because it lessens the stress for your babies!

We are so pleased with the services at Millville Pet Stop, and have been for years! But more importantly, we appreciate the compassion and dedication of the staff. We have an energetic 75lb Lab and a very, slow senior gal of 16 years who is deaf, visually impaired with arthritis. They are both treated with love and hugs and compassion, and come home looking (and smelling) great!
I am noting especially their compassion and genuine concern and care. It is remarkable. We used another grooming service when we first moved here in 2016. After 1.5 years, it became apparent that they were less accommodating especially after we added our Lab pup, who was quickly shunned from services!
Lindsay and the team at Millville Pet Stop greet our girls with open arms and hugs and affection. This means the world to us! It means they are invested in our pets care and that they CARE! We are thankful to have them in our care community!

LOVE this pet store! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are WAY lower than the chain pet stores. They have a wide variety to chose from and are friendly, always taking the time to answer any questions you have about products. They also have ( in a Separate building) a wonderful grooming salon where you can stop in most mornings to get your pets nails cut for a small fee. We found a tiny two week old kitten, and they helped me get all set up with feeding bottles and kitten milk. They have a huge supply of cat and dog food, toys, cleaning products and anything you might need to keep your pet happy and healthy! My pets thank them!

This is going to be an unconventional review but I just wanted to say that these folks are AMAZING! We were recently in an accident in front of their store and had to be taken to the hospital. We had no one to watch our dog for us since he could not go in the ambulance. They were nice enough to watch him while we were getting checked out and made sure that he was comfortable and cared for. If you are looking for a great place to purchase items for your pet and are in need of friendly faces, I highly recommend the Pet Stop!

My husband n I had our truck over heat we pulled over in front of the millville pet stop. He went into get water for our truck. The 2 ladies in there where so helpful plus they gave him water for our dog n a cup. If anyone needs anything for their animals they are the best place to go. We want to say thank you so very much to the 2 ladies that worked today.
