My wife returned home from Milford Health and Rehabilitation a few days ago after spending a month there rehabilitating from extensive back surgery. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms and hallways were clean. Surprisingly, the food was good. The PT department was exceptional. My wife’s Physical Therapist and her Occupational Therapist worked well together and had a structured plan to gradually increase my wife’s ability to care for herself and return home. We highly recommended Milford Health and Rehabilitation.

My experience from parking to being greeted so welcoming upon entering and clearly instructed how to check in and directed exactly where to go. I was grateful for the cleanliness, precautions, separation and special attention received. Also that they're giving such good care to my loved one. I can honestly say that I was surprised and relieved by the pleasant and hardworking staff. Thank you all you for making this such a blessing in helping my family and others in such a difficult and confusing time in life. I wish there were more places like this around the world.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is well maintained and very clean. The recreation director, Rebeca, I believe has treated my family member with great care and respect. The facility director quickly said hello one day as well. Good to see the administrators out and about with the patients. Thank you for providing top notch care.

My father in law just suffered a stroke and is at Milford Health for rehabilitation. I cannot say enough about the quality of care he is getting. The empathy and kindness from all the staff is beyond anything we have ever experienced. We know he is in very good hands.

My mother has been in a few facilities previously. I had asked her when she first entered how she felt..how were they treating her. She said she "feels like a princess". I have seen staff also go above to make sure the care they give is actually care not ugh im here attitude from staff. This time one made sure to move something to allow her to enjoy her tree excpecially tonight being christmas eve. I have seen the care when handling meds or cleaning my mother w bandages etc .. they are careful and efficiant. Thank you Milford Health & Rehab center

As a very seasoned CNA, I judge a facility upon entering 1) on smells/ odor, 2) I look at the conditions clients are left in 4) housekeeping. 5) receptionist/ customer service . I take all of these situations and experiences into consideration before excepting any employment offer. Milford Rehabilitation passed across the board, with clean and pleasant atmosphere, exceptional customer service.
