I'm a fairly new employee and would have to say that the atmosphere here is very welcoming. Everyone is so nice, smiling and speaking to everyone they encounter. I'm apart of the management team and I would have to say in my 8yrs of employment in the Houston area this is by far one of the most involved, welcoming team that I have been apart of. The administrator is AMAZING!!!! She welcomed both staff, family and residents with an open heart and open arms. I'm truly glad I've been afforded the opportunity to be apart of such a great team.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my mother received at Memorial City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that put our minds at ease during a challenging time.
The staff members are truly dedicated and compassionate. The nurses and caregivers were always attentive, ensuring that all of her needs were met promptly with a smile.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a variety of activities to engage the residents. I love the new furniture updates throughout the facility.
One of the highlights was the communication from the staff. I was always kept in the loop regarding my mother's health and any changes in care. It gave me peace of mind knowing that she was in such capable hands.

My mom was at a group home and literally only went from her bed to the kitchen, back to her bed every day. She is now at Memorial City Nursing And Rehab and the activity department is over the top…. Fabulous! Denise Joyce, and Pam have the residents busy all day to do as much as they want. My mom is now doing more than she’s done in years.! Coloring , word search , bingo , exercise, card games and so much more Thank you for all you do !

My father was recently a patient here and I was impressed with the entire experience. The staff was engaged, therapy was great, and the DON took time out of her day just to stop by and say hi. The caring nature of the aides and nurses was appreciated. My dad did not want to go anywhere after his hospitalization, so I was worried, but he had a good experience.

Anji “my Angel” the social worker left the facility to go to my apartment complex to get me a key with the paramedics accidents took with them. She is so nice!
The therapist are awesome! The activities are amazing so you are not stuck in the room all day. The nurses and cnas are right there when you need them. The staff really willing to help when asked. I would recommend this facility! ☺️ (Anji is writing this for me)

Memorial City nursing and Rehabilitation is a great place! They have some the best staff that provides great services. The nurses on long term is very helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting with the nurse manager Ms Holmes and she really goes above and beyond. She gave me her number to call her if i had any concerns. She is a beautiful soul. The hallway smelled clean and all the residents were up and participating in activities. A family member of mine lives here and she is receiving the best care. Her hair is always combed so nice. Everyone greets me as I walk past them. My aunt loves the food. She seems so content at this facility. I go this facility at least twice a week to see my aunt and I haven’t been disappointed yet.
