This place is underrated. The people here are wonderful. From the front desk to the front offices to the activities, physical therapy, nurses, cleaning staff and the cna's are just so kind and go above and beyond what they are paid. All of them go above and beyond. They take such good care of my mama. I'm in direct contact with so many of them. They have so many activities there from spa day to old movies and popcorn. They have a library and a salon. They have Arts and crafts and puzzles and exercise classes. They have 3 physical therapy gyms and exercise pool. They take trips to the mall and Walmart. They have church services and singing and dancing in wheelchairs!
It's hard having to put a loved one anywhere that's not in your home. I felt a feeling of failure that I just couldn't handle her. I did a lot of research and met with a lot of people. This place from the start was her home. My mama knew it and I knew it. God sent us here. We are blessed to be here.

This might have been a decent place years ago, but our experience from may-June 2024 was terrible. Nursing staff spent most of their time sitting on their phones. Call buttons were ignored for as long as an hour. Food was mediocre at best. Care such as assistance with showers was almost nonexistent. Patient fell twice because staff wasn’t assisting them as needed. Diabetes management was absolute minimum required. Staff had frequent loud conversations about how they didn’t want to be there and too many people responded to requests with “that’s not my job, I’ll try to get someone for you” even for the simplest things. If a loved one has to stay- be sure to visit everyday and you might receive slightly better service- but we did not.

Staff seems inattentive with the patients, and one of the main women in charge of patient care is rude. The facility is very attractive and clean but the staff is sub par to say the least.
There’s better places to take the people you care most about in your life..at their end of life.

My mom was placed here after a long stay in the hospital. She was There for over two weeks And Never Washed Her Hair! Only one bed bath! Over 2 weeks are you kidding me? I feel so bad for the patients all laying in bed. And. All you can smell is urine. This facility is way understaffed. (it used to be a decent facility, but it has gone down severely). my mom liked a couple of the caregivers. But I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This is the best rehab in the area. I have a lot of experience with hospitals and rehab facilities and by far this facility goes the distance. The staff was friendly and courteous as well as accommodating. The physical therapist were knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with my family member. The nursing staff by far is the highlight of this place, they were prompt and well informed. I never had any problem getting information or anything else that was required. I highly recommend to anyone considering rehab.
