Wonderful staff and Dr! The vet tech and Dr took great care of our dogs and answered all our questions. The receptionist was very friendly! Half price vaccines on weekdays are awesome especially when you have more than one pet!! ❤️🥰

My family and I, absolutely love Dr. Green. She is enthusiastic, helpful and there for your pet. Dr. Green has been nothing but a blessing with our 3 year old golden retriever. She looks for the best interest in the family along with the dog.
She has even brought out the textbooks to ensure we were giving and doing all we could for our sweet girl.
She is always available for advice and or just a quick question. She loves follow up updates from what we endured with our girly. Truly can’t say enough great and positive things about Dr. Green.

Dr. Green really goes above and beyond. We thank her for her hard work, dedication & never giving up on a families decision making.

Went to dr green by recommendation. Went to Dr green for a second opinion. Found out our one dog was misdiagnosed. We were very grateful to Dr Green. So we stayed with her. But unfortunately, I agree with the below comment about rude front desk girl named nicole. She was rude on the phone to me two times. That was enough to me. Anna who is also front desk is much more professional. That is the staff you want to keep. Not nicole!

I wish I caught his name, but the young male doctor is wonderful. My dog usually doesn’t care for males but my dog doesn’t mind him at all. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Staff runs on time time and is efficient. The vet tech is also very patient and kind. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do! Highly suggest this place for your pets needs!

We had to make the painful decision to euthanize our beloved cat Buddy, a part of our family for 16 years on 8/24/2024. The staff at McHenry Pet Hospital were all great! They made it as comfortable as possible for Buddy and our family. Explained how the process would work, assured us that Buddy would go peacefully and feel no pain. Reassured us that we were making the right decision. Told us to take as much time as we needed with Buddy to say our final goodbyes. That definitely helped, given the situation of having to let Buddy go.😢 Thank you to the staff that was there that day from the bottom of our ❤️. We recommend anyone who has to have any kind of care for their pet, to take them to McHenry Pet Hospital.

We had to put our dog "Baby" to sleep and they were so kind, professional, gentle and overall amazing. I'll never forget how they treated my family and Baby when it was time. We couldn't afford the sand paw print thing they offered which we were ok with. Less than a week later, we got a condolences card with the paw prints in paint. I cannot tell you what that meant to me. It made me feel so close to my baby girl. It meant everything. I cannot put into words what that meant to me to receive such a heartfelt gift. Wow. I will forever, forever love them and recommend them. They made me feel ok leaving her there after she passed. That was really hard for us. They gave us the privacy and time we needed to say goodbye and I'll never forget that. It was the was she deserved to go. With love and dignity. That's what she got. She was such an amazing dog to our family. She deserved the best and the best she got here.

Dr Greene is the best. We have 3 cats and come here nearly every month because one of our kitties is sick or getting into trouble. Dr Greene is super patient, thorough, knowledgeable and explains the entire process so you're fully comfortable with any decisions. However, I don't like how it's difficult to get an appointment with her...probably because she's so popular and everyone asks to be seen by her!
