Dr. Deep and his staff are the best! I have good health insurance but my cat gets better medical care than I do. My Dr has never squeezed me in for an appointment when I'm really sick or called just to see how I'm doing afterwards.

My Tato was 3 months and broke his arm in 2 places. Saw us right away and took care of everything on the spot. I’m so thankful to all of them for being so supportive, kind, helpful and putting my puppy first. It blew me away that everything was taken care of there- left with his medication. I can not write this review after Tato went back to get his check up and bandage - I was taken back when the “nurse” came out and Tato was extending himself out to her- I even asked my husband did Tato do… That speaks louder than any words- how he trust them and he knows they’re taking great care of him behind close doors- Thank you so much from all of us
I highly recommend this place and my brother ( family) been taking their dogs here for years-

As a new client I felt they the front desk didn’t have their act together. They have you fill out all this paperwork on line then when you come in they ask you to do it again. Makes no sense. The front desk people had the personality of paste . Not quite rude but for sure not engaged.
The vet that saw my dog was afraid of him. Even thought in the notes to them I told them my dog needed to be muzzled because he was a big scaredy-cat. When he was muzzled he moaned so much she couldn’t hear his heart and made no adjustments to do so. As well she had no interest in what I had to say just wanted to push her drug pushing agenda on my animal. I had wanted an xray - didn’t get . Mostly they wanted to vaccinate and give my animals pain pills. Not help me fix his issue.
I was not impressed by her at all. Of course the shining star in the whole scenario was the vet tech! These people always rock and are way under paid for what they do.

I can’t imagine them being “my vet”.

We've been taking our little guy, Basil, there since he joined our family in 2019. Since the business moved across the street to the new building, we have noticed a decline in service quality but an increase in prices. This past visit, he developed a painful abscess on his side. He was treated, sent home with meds and we were told to bring him back in seven days for a no-charge follow up. My wife took him in and, at no request from her, spoke directly to the vet, that walked in without being requested. Guess what? That resulted in a charge of $60, because they decided to let a distinguished member of the clinic speak to us. She disputed it with the front staff but was told she MUST pay.

They have lost our business and respect!

They state they care about your pet, but the facts show they care more about making money. This office lacks care for your pet, communication skills, and empathy when your pet is distressed or ill. If you ask a question regarding your pet's treatment, you will not get a response unless you are persistent.

This office staff points the finger at anyone they can. I followed up with a phone call after 4 days of no response regarding my dog's care and I was told the email I sent went to the spam folder, the manager didn't see the hand written notes from their office staff, and they were unavailable to take my call when I asked the manager specifically.

Hint: Make sure you ask the staff for their name, because you will need it later when they avoid communication with you. Also, Check out the "newest" reviews to see why people do not recommend this place. Most of the recent "5 star reviews" look a little rigged to me.

Our experience with Dr. Deep was truly exceptional. We entrusted our beloved standard poodle to him for a laparoscopic spay, and the outcome was outstanding. The recovery period was remarkably brief compared to a conventional spay procedure. Dr. Deep displayed exceptional expertise and addressed all of our inquiries with utmost proficiency. Furthermore, his warm and compassionate disposition put us at ease. He consistently made himself available to discuss any concerns we had. We are immensely grateful to Dr. Deep and his team for providing such exceptional care to our precious girl.

The veterinarian that works here is always really rude. He once literally sighed at me because I told him I didn’t want them pulling out my dogs ear hair for an extra $70 when she had a grooming appointment where they would do that with everything else for $60 the next day. The customer service is not great.

If you go be ready for up sell city. They are constantly trying to add treatments without discussing costs, and spoiler most add ons are close to $100. They put more effort into adding unnecessary things than they do actually figuring out what’s going on with your pet.

Save yourself the trouble and find another vet.

They did a great job with my cat KC. The staff are very friendly, prices are very fair and you have access to good Vet services. With the pandemic, getting your pet brought out to you after the visit can be a fairly long wait. They are very busy, so they clearly take good care of your pets though. I'm going to switch my dog over to their care also. Thanks MPH for taking care of my new Cat KC.
